-------------------- >My Stɸʁў
My life so far... I was born in rural France by the sea. My parents are both normal humans, they attend church, they have tea parties, and they considered me their normal little girl.
I am in animagus, or shape-shifter. When I shift, I turn into a Chartreux, my country's national breed. I was a happy little girl and I had a normal life until I first shifted when I was 10.
That itself is a funny story, my parents thought I went missing and had the entire village searching for me. My parents found a little grey kitten and let me into the house. They gave me a bowl of water to drink and after a few laps, I shifted back. I had no idea what went on, but all I remember is the look on my parents' face. They ran out of the house and I waited for them to come back. The afternoon turned into the evening, the evening turned into the following morning, then after three days, I finally walked out and went to look for them. I first noticed the silence... I went to my neighbor's house; it was empty. I checked around the village. It was empty as well. Everyone I grew up with was gone.
I ran back home and cried. I didn't bother to sleep or eat anything. After a week, my hunger started to get to me. Instinctually, I shifted into a cat and ate the mice in the walls. For a few weeks, I went hunting and caught fish in the sea. I led a life of solitude for a very long time, but on one fateful day an older woman walked into my house, which had been falling apart.
"So it's true," she said, "An entire village, vacated all because of a darling animagus discovered herself."
Her name was Gilda. She was my mentor; my mentor for witchcraft. I studied under her until I was 14. Unfortunately, her time had come and she passed on. I was forced to make a decision, starve to death or excel in the craft. I came here to learn, to make friends, and to put good food in my stomach.
