If you google it it's actually pretty common for girls to get one or the other during that time. Lol.

Black coffee and green tea always make my metabolism go pretty fast so I don't have any trouble now. You could try it out and see if it helps. 3nodding

I second the coffee advice. I have that problem on occasion too. I usually go with a bowl of oatmeal sprinkled with flax and sesame seeds and drizzled with oatmeal. Milk can make it worse though so I use rice milk. I have a cup of strong coffee with honey to sweeten it on the side. And drink lots of water. Good luck. (:

No, you aren't. It's a common thing to happen.
It happens to me, and then if I'm constipated for too long, it turns into the opposite gonk
Drink plenty of water and make sure you're getting enough fiber in your diet. If it hurts to go because of menstrual cramps, take some ibuprofen, midol, or anti-inflammatory of choice so that there will be less pain when trying to go.

♭♮♯ Sleeping wonder lies to me, and the lies are sweet. Oh yeah I get this problem, too. I've noticed that if I eat less meat and more fruits/veggies it helps, though.
