So How Will Art Work Here?

Art at this shop is going to be simplified so people can get straight into playing. More complex art can still be earned, and everyone can get more pieces for their stage as they want them.

Did you complete a major storyarc and want art to acknowledge that? Sure, we can do that.

Is your character manifesting slowly over their stage? Sure that works.

Do you just want to update their art to reflect some physical or emotional changes? Sure thing.

Do you want severely complex art for whatever reason?
There's a way to get it.

Do you want all of the above? So long as you do the work, you are GOLDEN.

How do I get the more complex art?

To start off everyone gets a sketch for every major stage change - be it from hatched to agemates, or be it from age to age (like toddler to child). These stage changes can be bought with points which are earned through activity with the character or even ooc activity.

Everything from growths, to updated art, to updated art or growth art from other artists, cost points. When you've spent your points, they are spent and you have to accumulate more. But you don't have to spend your points on the same things every time or for every character.

As for art quality, there will be a standard quality for sketches expected on a per artist basis. An idea of what a particular artist's sketch quality is will be given and it's up to players to figure out if that's who they want art from. If they feel a character was badly handled, and can politely and reasonably present a case for why not, they're allowed to without having to rebuy or buy different art. These will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may not be used to take advantage of the shop and haring our artists for more art than they're already giving out.

Completion of previous art can also be saved for, but it is requested that a person mention at the time of getting the art that they want it completed at a later date in the case of sketches. Art may be completed by other artists but only with the original artist and the player's permission.
