Nemo was proud of Cole for doing so well. He'd meant it when he said it was rough. New students were invariably used as his means of demonstrating his points and illustrating his lessons. It was not for the faint of heart....next to the desk, Elsa gave a yawn of boredom. The liger was bored and tired and hungry. Nemo could hear it all in just that one yawn. Hermes didn't move an inch as the scratching to the top of his head came.
"This class is not about training an animal to obey. This class is about teaching you all to understand the various creatures in this world. If you can understand them, and get inside their thought process, you can relate to them on a level deeper than two humans could ever relate to each other on. And if you do that, then there is almost nothing you won't be able to ask an animal to do and expect it to comply gladly. Welcome to Creature Taming." The day was far from over, but Nemo's lengthy introduction had been completed. "Now, back to the grisly bear. How dopes one escape? Simply put, all you must do is run. You don't have to be faster than the bear. You must simply be faster than your friends." Nemo's grin returned for a moment. "Before Halloween, each of you will be capable of talking a grisly bear into walking away with no need to run at all." And so now the reason for his question became evident. it was certainly not the only thing he'd trach them, but it would be one of them. The first unit was always how to simply convince one animal or another that you were not something they wanted to eat. "Cole, Patches, you may return to your desks. Hermes, at ease my son."
Nemo, as soon as he said this, stepped to his desk and sat down on the edge of it, taking his crimson hat off his head. His hair was short yet it flowed like the shapeless form of a ragged shadow, and as fluidly as black water. And black it was. He also removed his sunglasses, his bright red eyes now visible for all to see. They were normal eyes in every form and fashion, save for the irises....they were such a vivid red-crimson that they seemed almost to smolder from within with a life all their own. The hat was set aside, the glasses on top of its high top. Hermes would reassume his place above the class as soon as Cole moved from where he was standing, the departire almost seamless. Performance Song: Circus for a Psycho-by- Skillet General Theme: Without End -by- Dommin((gonna wait for you both to post one more time each, and then I'm gonna kinda just drop a bit of a skip to the end up the class period so that we three don't end up stuck here forever and a day. XD ))

⁌ Seven "Patches" Kullin⁍ ✂‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑Patches listened as Mr. Nemo lectured about Creatures and what not. He then--and only then--noticed the Anaconda Snake come from the ceiling. It was a good thing that the creature didn't decide to fall on him... That wouldn't be very good... He watched as the thing wrapped around Cole, covering and binding him from toe to shoulders. Once again: He was happy that that wasn't him. He hugged his teddy bear close to his chest nervously. Whatever odd creature awaited him would, as far as he would be concerned, not so very pleasant. Patches just hoped that they weren't wanting a new toy... He was, however, relieved that Mr. Nemo had sent the two of them back to their desks. He immediately walked to his desk after hearing that he could, and sat down, remaining quiet the whole time. ✂‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑--Thinking: Glad that's not me... Feeling: Nervous. *Cole Brunel* ♠The Clumsy Stagehand♠ "...He-hey!..."
Cole relaxed as the snake slowly slid off of him. He took his seat, realizing that the day they worked with elephants would not be the day he would be looking forward too. They always did like to mess with him...even if they weren't the cause of his clumsiness most of the time they still liked to help him mess up. Cole shook his head a little and refocused.
"...That's...not my fault...."

Nemo, after the two had retaken their seats, looked out at the class. His eyes, as red as a blood-red ruby and almost as bright, locked for a moment with the eyes of everyone in the room and his tone changed gears. With no transition, Nemo was suddenly speaking to them all as if he were a father or grandfather sitting down to explain patiently some wisdom to their young child or grandchild. The way he sat, the way he looked at them all, even the way he breathed, one could almost call him in that moment.....kind, gentle, soft even. "To my side is a liger, meaning she is a rare hybrid of lion and tiger. Her name is Elsa, and she is very young and not even fully grown at this point. It will be a little bit before I have you trying to talk down a charging elephant, or trying to make a saltwater crocodile eat an apple from your mouth. Today, and for the next couple days we will learn about the big cats. Lions, cougars, tigers, panthers, cheetahs, all of them. Their physical capabilities, their eating habits, family stricture, social habits, bodily functions, and many more minute details besides. After all, how can you effectively communicate your desires to a foreign species without knowing that species as well as you know your own?"And for the next 150 minutes, Nemo did just that. In that same patient, matter-of-fact, grandfatherly way of his, he started with the histories of each kind of large feline hunter, and managed to go into explicitly graphic detail with regards to almost half of those very topics for a large portion of the animals he'd mentioned. One thing he always stressed with dire importance was that more important than anything he could ever teach...was to not know, but understand the WHY behind this animal did that action or WHY that predator chose this prey over that one and WHY it mattered. he asked his pupils questions to make them think, and when asked questions himself, he replied in ways that the one asking ended up quickly answering their own question for themselves. Once one got past all the weirdness (like how he lived in the circus's graveyard) and his borderline obsession with certain things (like the Headmistresses), it was easy to see why he was regarded as the foremost grand master expert on all things Kingdom Animalia and why his students rarely if ever missed a day of his class.

⁌ Seven "Patches" Kullin⁍ ✂‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑As Nemo continued on with his educational lecture regarding felines, Patches listened carefully. This was exactly what he needed. For what, you ask? To get every other living creature to stop wanting to rip him up. That was, after all, his whole reason for wanting to take this class. I mean, what would a human-puppet need to know about taming creatures? Nothing... Except for getting the neighbour's dog to stop trying to bite you... Patches ended up taking notes by the last thirty minutes of it, he found this topic quite interesting... But, alas, it was the end of the class period... ✂‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑‑--Thinking: Interesting... Feeling: Interested My Life: Click here!

Cole was a bit relieved to hear that they wouldn't be dealing with any elephants yet, but then again were giant cats any better? He listened as best he could, finding it hard to focus with the snakes and liger all around, but tried his best as the class seemed to drag on.

With bandages still wrapped around his hand from the incident before, Rafael walked into the Beast Taming Class and shut the door behind him quietly before lightly pressing against it so he did not walk in the way or make any unwanted movements before the teacher acknowledged him. Softly, Rafael cleared his throat. "Excuse me...I hope I am not interrupting anything, but this is the class meant to teach Beast Taming correct?"
At the thought of that night, his free hand clenched and a stream of smoke poured from his nose. It had been as cold as the night him and Mercury were attacked, and Haides could not withhold his fury, gave no mercy. How could he when he was standing face to face with the man that put his son into his cursed sleep called a coma? The only person that gave him a reason to work hard, made him proud of himself, was his child...and that devil had taken away the single light that Haides used to light his shadowed world. Even after the man was long dead, he kept hitting his corpse while the rain beat down on him. x x x out of cuts:
