Aoi the Crossdresser No. I'm usually nice. I yell to tell them to be quiet if they get too loud. You should see the one at North Elementary, it is 99% WRONG!!!!!!!!!! It was ONLY on how weird and strange I was. The person who wrote the report said that one of the assistants even said she wanted to sit with them instead at lunch since I was talking to myself and it was freaking her out. That's the report that scared me. Did you? Maybe you were just sighing something out loud. Like "ooooh boy, almost done with this place".... question I don't think you talk to yourself.

Anyways yeah, I'll show you those reports Shikume, they aren't pretty. All I can say is that, if I get another report like that, a ******** lawsuit is coming.

I'm sorry, but if you've been diagnosed with a mental disorder, a lawsuit ain't gonna help you at all. Might keep you from gettin' more jobs, since I'm guessin' it'll be on your record.

Then I should be allowed to get SSI then if NO one will hire me for being weird. Employers are not allowed to discriminate against anyone with a disability, whether it's physical or mental. It's the law. The other employees at North, and an employee and the students at Mountain View are discriminating against me cuz I am weird and different. I could get a report like that again and it could get me fired. It could happen at other jobs and I could get in trouble for that as well.

They can't discriminate, sure, but that doesn't mean they have to hire you if they think your disability will affect your performance. I mean, if a person is blind and you refuse to let them get their driver's license, that's not discriminatin'. Similarly, if someone has a disorder that could affect the wellbein' of children, they can easily make it so you can't be hired. And with parents runnin' how a school is run nowadays, and the ridiculous amount of security measures bein' taken, they could easily argue their case. It's sad, and ridiculous, but true.

I know but I need to make money somehow. I just find it stupid that on the application for a sub at this district, it only asks for Physical Disability and what accommodations you may need. Not mental. Which me and my mom do not agree with. My mom is scared that something like this is going to happen at other jobs, like if I worked in retail where I could get complaints by customers and other co-workers that I seem weird and creepy to them and makes them feel uncomfortable and I could get in trouble for that.

Well, if mental disorders were diagnosed properly, the way that I think they should be, the only people diagnosed with disorders would be those people who really can't function on their own, and thus shouldn't have jobs, or at least not certain types.
But no, it's so easy to be diagnosed with stuff, everyone goes and gets diagnosed when their younger, and it follows them for the rest of their lives, and thus less people are able to get jobs or survive independently, and the economy collapses, as well as everythin' else.

I HATE MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! crying *crys* crying So I subbed today at the high school and they were short of subs. Saying that it was one of the worst shortages of the year. I had to go to a different teacher (I subbed for her before so it was ok) during the teacher I had's PREP hour. And they had to like call like 4 teachers to watch over classes that haven't been filled yet during their prep hours in such, so it was bad. No wonder they want me to sub at the high school still, that place usually has the most sub positions.
