This is where all squads are kept track of, so everyone knows who is their sensei, who is within their squad, and how many are in there squad. Please keep note that you still cannot be aware of the who's and what's until you have met them in rp.
Special note for Genins
If you do not have a squad, please notify me and post here. I will assign you up with a squad. Do not ask to be placed in a specific squad as I will set you in one that either will aid in diversity or if the squad leader happens to share your classes/element.
Special note for those leading a squad
If you request to have a specific genin in your squad, run it by me and we will see. Have a good reason to back your statement otherwise it'll be as if your asking just to simply have them in your unit. It's one thing if they are your friend, but in rp we need to have a fairly balanced squad. Those who are capable leading a squad is from Chuunin rank and above!
Also, Squad Leaders, if you desire to have a name for your team be sure to run it by me as well for approval. Do not make something stupid or vulgar otherwise consequences will ensue. But be creative about it as well! This is meant to be fun for both the rpers and the story we create together.

Additional Information Should your squad leader be missing or not post for a period of time without a haitus status or anything of that nature, be sure to report this to crew and myself and we'll take care of the issue. Those who do not post for a period of time without informing anyone will result in your character potentially being killed off. We cannot have those with high ranks be gone for long periods of time.
In addition, should squad mates be missing for a period of time in similar to above, they too potentially can be killed off or simply removed from a squad until further notice. We are trying to keep an active flow of things. There are co squad leaders to assist squad leaders, whether it be just to help out or cover for squad leaders should they go haitus for whatever reason.
Squad leaders are allowed to punish their students with however they deem fit unless it is completely out of line, in which the kage will be informed and step in. Co squad leaders are to listen to the instructions of the leaders should they be given any. And students are expected to follow instructions given by either or unless it is contradicting one another or pose a threat to other kiri shinobi or even looked down upon by the kage, in which you report such behavior.
With this being said, I hope you guys have fun, and senseis WORK YOUR SQUADS!!!!! XD have fun with it seriously. Missions, make up your own missions (run them by crew and such for approval) and make your own rp story. That's what this is all about ^_^
