Registrar's Bulletin
[PSA]

Holy cow, some of you are not keeping up.

Might I remind everyone of the following:

"If you miss more than three consecutive assignments you will fail the class unless an arrangement can be made with the teacher."

The fourth assignment should be up by now but Isa can't move on until more people are finished with the third. Let's not disappoint her! :D

Regardless, we're all very happy that everyone has kept up for the first two assignments. Keep it up!

Here are more precise terms of what is needed from each student at the moment:

Angelical Heart Dragon
Third assignment.

EmpyreanFlight
Third assignment.

LuvMonke
Is fine.

Sondra Starfire
Is at risk of failing the class.

DomaDoma
Is fine.

xxKuroxHebixx
Third assignment.

Alright everyone, I have a few things that I want to bring up.

First off, in here, please don't change the colors of your speech. I'm supremely glad that none of you have used anything bright like yellow or cyan, but it's my personal preference that you keep it all the same color.

Also, please double check your spelling.

Now, here's the main thing. I have several things that I'd like to speak to you about. I've looked at your last assignment, and I appreciate the effort you put. However, I've got to be critical, so I really want to have a chat with each of you. Now, we can do this via PM or we can do this here if you want. I'm not going to tear a hole into your characters' physical appearance, but there are things that I would like to point out to each of you. So uh, just tell me whether you wanna all comment and discuss here or if you'd rather do some one on one.

Hope everyone's enjoying this...it's my first time teaching here, so I hope I'm doing a decent job. sweatdrop

If anyone has a problem, you're more than welcome to talk to me about it.

Isa-sama

Oh crap, I didn't even see that. D: Sorrysorry, I'll get on that ASAP.

EDIT: I'm apparently having a hard time grasping this, we answer these from our character's perspective, right?

Yep, you answer from your character's perspective.

I've done this test before as one of my characters, and it's always been fairly useful to me. It helped me understand the kind of personality I was making for my character, and it was great for making sure that my character was balanced - one of the hardest things I deal with when making a character is motivation. This helps (or at least, it helped me) further ground my character's personality and the mindset he/she has towards reaching his/her goals.

By the way, I am impressed with your physical description. No problems with 1, 2, or 3. A neat little detail that I enjoyed was learning that your character runs his hands through his hair - this could indicate a nervous or stress habit, which is interesting.

5 has a slight grammar issue - "I am tall and thin" should be stated unless you were aiming to say "I am taller than average and thin." Bonus point to you for explaining how you have some muscle. If you're going to give your character an advantage, always have a reason to back it up (which you did with a reasonable explanation). I have no issues with 6, and I'll say 7 made me chuckle. It's not a physical trait I've seen many people use, so it is certainly refreshing to see.

You have a habit of focusing on your character's hands rather than other body part aspects (face, legs, or abdomen, depending on whether or not your character was interested in show biz) but that makes sense seeing as your character is a musician (God knows I almost had a heart attack when I thought I broke my finger right before a band competition). All in all, I say you did a good job with this assignment.

Sorry about the late post. I've been busy lately, but I just posted and also you can tell me about my character here or through PM, which ever is easier for you smile

I'm sorry for not posting in the past week. I've had some family issues come up and because of these issues I've been offline. They're not over with yet, but I will post something soon.
