HE'S REAL!

So I didn't know this until just tonight, but Youtube star Ryan Higa, around Christmas time last year, dressed up as a ninja, went around town, and gave gifts to strangers. In short, he was the Christmas Ninja.

Obviously this is a great minds think alike scenario, and it got me thinking about the BK again. I still have the pictures you guys drew of our own Christmas Ninja, and it also reminded me of the Love Samurai. Great memories, great characters.

So let's talk about memories. What's something you forgot about but only just remembered with fondness? What's one thing you never want to forget happened to you?

Uuuuum.

I never want to forget my family vacations.
My mother, grandmother, and I started taking
them when I started college an they have
been really good times for us. I didn't really
feel close with my family, but this has helped
us come together.


Also, another totally random one.
I went to a conference for YMCA Camps, and
someone got on stage to talk about a family that
works/lives on his camp. The mother suffered a
brain injury that left her home bound. I cried during
the story because it was so sad. He asked our
group to donate money to help buy the family
cable tv for a year so she would have something
to enjoy. Almost every person in that room of
hundreds volunteered their money. It really made
me have some faith in humanity. I never want to
forget that feeling of awe of the kindness of others.

The group raised thousands, enough for two years
or more of cable.

I don't have a lot of BIG memories I suddenly have remembered, but I absolutely love remembering little moments of dialogue that I've forgotten. Like when Reeves reminded me of this little gem:

Reeves: Hey, Mea, if April showers bring May flowers, then what do Mayflowers bring?

Mea: (without skipping a beat) Allergies.

As for memories I never want to forget...several of my shows that I've acted in and several moments with my family and friends. <333
