You would probably need a hoop skirt or a bridal petticoat for it...buck heck! You only have prom once smile I think if I haden't already gotten my prom dress I would have considered that one.

((dont know if someone already said this cuzz i didnt read every post><))If i were you i'd just get a basic dress and add lolita to it and really make it your own ya know^_^ i think it would be fun to do as well....i'd do it but i dont go to skool events willingly xp

My prom dress was kinda exspensive after all of the extra bridal shop charges...so I plan on wearing it for my wedding too because I'm cheap and it's white anyways xp
Doesn't it suck that they cost so much and you only wear them once? ninja

It really would be the perfect Loli dress. It makes me sad that it doesn't have any white on it. I'd be way too afraid to either alter it myself or have someone alter it. It's so pretty as it is... Psychodelic Penguin It says in the elektrik dress can be changed to your options. I think maybe with a longer skirt might look more penguin. You know, like how they wear suits It's just a suggestion.
