Why do you have the same picture as the previous applicant? I hadn't noticed lol. I didn't click on the link for his picture I googled puppets and this is what came up and I liked it. It's changed though now. Accepted unless any other mod has a problem with this. Last question. I would eventually like to have my rings be able to be summmoned from rings on my finger. Would that make them type 2? No, as you would need fuinjutsu and probably kuchiyoise to summon and store them in to the rings themself. I, myself, wouldn't consider that even kugutsu, but I would ask you to ask rin just incase.

Puppet Appearance: No Legs. Made up of a torso piece, mid-section piece, and a hip base. "HISOMU" (frown) on shawl. 
Puppet Description: Hisomu is primarily constructed out of a standard wooden puppet frame and packed with intricate mechanics. Hisomu's concept stemmed from the playful warning one may tell children about making sour faces and their expressions sticking. As a child, Sadayo didn't liked being photographed as she thought camera flashes were too bright. In response to being told to smile, Sadayo put her fingers in her mouth and made a toothy frown instead. Her mother found Sadayo's reaction amusing. Her mother later decided to construct a puppet to reflect, what she felt, was in the nature of a frown.
Mechanism Summary:
• Wrist Reels ; Thick sets of cables in both arms. Mid-length reach. (.50)
• Finger Spurs
• Retractable short blade in mouth (.25)
• Vise Grip Jaw (2)
• Rib-cage ; 3 curved blades that designed to open and seize near by appendages. Short reach. (.25 x3)
• Nozzel in chin compartment. Fires a quick burst of cayenne pepper powder. (1)
• Senbon shooter ; forearm- above hand
(HB: .25 x 3 , R: .50 , C: 2, HB: .25, S: 1 = 5.5)

Mechanism Summary: Vise grip. Hisomu's jaw opens with 165 degree range. Chiseled plates clamp on limbs or weapons with intent to crush. As the cheek pads turn, the tighter the grip becomes between the chiseled plates.

Mechanism Summary: 3 slightly curved blades with limited reach. Top and lowest blade face same direction and the middle lays opposite. (more?)
Mechanism Name: Pepper Puff

Mechanism Summary:A short rubber nozzle behind a plate acting as a the puppet's chin can expel a brief puff of cayenne powder. Short range. It could be used on the controlling puppeteer to temporarily disorient and attempt to break a genjutsu in certain situations, at the cost of taking a moment to remove/endure its effects.
