~The Crazy Kid~  Stark was legitimately excited, and already he had a plan in his head, if he was good enough to carry it out they could all 'win' though a large part of the plan hindered on his and one other genin's skill. "Why don't we all meet at the training ground and we can discuss strategy." Stark knew he was junior to the Chunnin Hyugga, but he just really didn't care, he had a good plan in his head, now they just needed to make it work. Without another word he left the office with a smile on his face.
((I am beggin you all plz just meet me in the training ground, but if only one of you shows up it has to be Reflected Perspective, I will explain why there cuz I really don't feel like typing that much ooc.)) “No cause is ever lost”

Raito naraRaito smiled a fight between a between a Jounin and the Kage he said "sounds quite fun boss" he looked to Stark "Sure, I'll be there soon" he looked between the others and smiled softly "I'm putting my trust in you guys" he then jumped out of the window without another word, the other ninja could hear a loud thump and "ouch!". Then there was a pause followed by Raito yelling "Don't worry... Just miscalculated the height..." he then ran off towards the training ground. Exit.

 Izaya Uchiha || Sharingan ~Inactive~ || Jounin ╔════════════════════════════════════════════╗ It certainly came as a surprise to him when he was called forward and all was made clear. Izaya hadn't been expecting to be called on for some thing so...worthy? As it was, he and Hideyoshi had just been marked as targets for all the Genin and that despicable Hyuuga to have as their play things to see who was worthy of becoming members of the Hokage's team, and knowing the honor of being addressed as such made him aware that taking it easy tomorrow would not be the wisest thing to do, or his life would be forfeit against these overzealous Genin. The moment they left he released the breath that he hadn't noticed he had been holding, inching himself closer to the chair that Hideyoshi gestured towards so he could sit in it. It wasn't just embarrassment for what he had done earlier, but also a bit of angst mixed in for what was to come.
At least one thing was made clear. The Hokage didn't demand his apology for all that had happened. He shrugged it off as a mere lapse in judgment, and in truth, that was what it was. Had Izaya known it would have been taken so far out of proportion then of course he wouldn't have done it. But he liked to keep any under his charge on their toes at all times. He needed to ensure that they were never taken by surprise, and the only way to do that was to take them by surprise yourself until it became like second nature to them to know what to do to reverse the surprise. Since Hideyoshi didn't need an apology, Izaya wouldn't give it to him. He was an Uchiha, and if it wasn't requested of him then he would shrug it off just as easily as well. He by no means forgot what he did, and was still very much ashamed, but maybe they could just get past it and move on with their lives. He certainly wanted to do that. "I have only one question. For tomorrow's little...game, am I allowed to utilize any means necessary to defend myself? Obviously I don't mean to kill the little runts or anything, but retaliating against them won't be an issue I presume?" He had to ask because of what happened before. Who knew exactly what was going through Hideyoshi's head? Maybe when he said they were a team against the others he had meant they should simply keep an apple away from them without allowing them to take it, while refraining from being offensive in any way whatsoever. For Izaya, the best offense was the greatest defense, and to tell him to do one was like saying in no defined words that he was to do the other.

Kami had a hard time getting to the Hokage's Office from his own house. It seems there was some commotion and maybe that was what this meeting was about nonetheless the boy was here to answer the call. He strode into the cramped office and was confused from the humid air. This amount of people in an office must be a crime. 'Damn you people!' he thought. What an annoying rabble. The boy just seemed to go with the lot, and went passed a few shinobi like himself before approaching the Hokage. "Lord Hokage, I am here to answer your call." he said, as formal as he could manage.
The Genin wished to know why such a rabble were called to the Hokage's Office. What could possibly bring them here? In fact, he expected the Kage to explain soon enough. He wondered whether Hideyoshi had told everyone else before him. 'How annoying would that be?' he thought to himself, assessing the possibilities.
Everyone seemed to be leaving, allowing Kami to seize the fresh air. "Finally." he whispered under his breath, while his head arched down so the Lord Hokage wouldn't hear. He looked back up at the man before him. "Is there something I've missed Lord Hokage?"

Hideyoshi smiled at the Uchiha’s apprehension. It was justified too, especially after Hideyoshi’s display of dominance to both Izaya and Kota when they had started fighting and Izaya had used his Sharingan on poor Choki. But even so, there was a massive difference between what Hideyoshi had used his abilities to stop beforehand and what Izaya was going to be forced to do. Well, you could use the word forced but Hideyoshi had every faith that the young man could do what it was the Hokage wished of him. If anything as well, it was a means of trying to repair the bond between the two of them as the Hokage, upon reflection, may have been a bit harsh on Izaya because he was one: A Jounin and two: An Uchiha. Hideyoshi had two extra reasons to not only be wary of but expect more from Izaya than most within the leaf village. And it wasn’t something that was too unreasonable either.
The Uchiha were a powerful clan, their eyes were almost the ultimate weapon. They had a responsibility to both the village and the people around them to be careful and be responsible with their powers. So, for Izaya to use it for such an insignificant means as to bully an Akimichi about his weight, it just got Hideyoshi riled up. He hated bullying on the most part anyway and to think that one of his Jounin, in his village which he was trying to build as a place of love and respect could do such a thing just made his blood boil. But even so, the two of them needed to work together and work hard in order to stop and test the encroaching horde of Genin that were about to descend on them. It wouldn’t be two hard for the pair of them to do together, admittedly, however it just seemed too unfair for the two powerful shinobi to stand side by side against a group of Genin. It wouldn’t be a challenge but Hideyoshi also didn’t want body bags, drooling vegetables or cripples. He needed to set down some boundaries.
“You may defend yourself within reason Izaya,” Hideyoshi finally replied, coming up for air from his own thoughts “Just remember that they’re Genin, and we’re probably two of the most powerful Shinobi in this village. I don’t want deaths, nor cripples, nor vegetables. Not only would it be a massive drain of our resources but a butt-load of paperwork. But I also want us to be able to split up and divide them. It would be a little bit too much of a hassle to keep them all in close proximity and able to meet up or lure us to being on the back foot but if we didivide and conquer we can end this in a far quicker and easier manner. Remember to note down performance too. I want only the best for my squad. But this is also how you will get your squad too. By helping me sort my squad you can pretty much evaluate and choose whom you wish for your own. We’re killing so many birds with one stone in this it’s ridiculous.” It seemed lazy but Hideyoshi was right about what he was saying. This one challenge settled many different things all at once. It would be foolish not to capitalise on such a strategy.
At he finished, Hideyoshi noticed the late comer and quickly searched his mind for the Genin’s name. He could put the face to one, as he remembered that it made him laugh everytime he read it and suddenly remembering his name was “Kami” which meant “Paper” Hideyoshi’s eyes widened and he looked towards the Genin with a smile. “Welcome, young master Shihai.” Hideyoshi purred “You didn’t miss much. Just my challenge. Please, find your other Genin peers at the training grounds and they will brief you. Enjoy sir.” Hideyoshi turned back towards Izaya and shooed the Genin away. “What do you think Izaya?” He asked finally.

Kami listened in on the two's conversation with curiosity. They spoke about not crippling the genin, which included him however Kami would stand there patiently for the reply to come. It did. The Lord Hokage addressed and his full attention on the shinobi. He had to go to the Training Grounds and meet up with the other ninja. 'That's where they off to.' he thought finally clocking the sudden amount of genin leaving the Office. "Yes sir." he said before walking out through the door and making his way out onto the streets and to the training grounds. "They better be there..."

He would not make an attempt to cause too much harm to the Genin, and the Genin alone. If the Hyuuga was to step to him however he would not be so forgiving. He wanted to teach the boy a lesson so badly, and this little test was the perfect way for him to do so. He was not going against Hideyoshi's words since Kota was a Chuunin and was able to take care of himself in combat situations. The boy had proven that much when he so brazenly attacked someone above his station. Izaya didn't think he would ever forget that for as long as he lived. The Hyuuga would pay for his insolence in the best way Izaya knew how. Epic beat down. Izaya zoned out when the Genin came in to speak with Hideyoshi, and as soon as he left Izaya faced the Hokage once more and gave his response. "I'm fine with your plan. I can tell you what I believe their plan is going to be, just because it's what I would have suggested myself. They'll view me as the weaker link and have the smaller amount of them coming after me. The majority will all attack you at once because, well... you're the Hokage. They'll have strength in numbers. If that Hyuuga boy is to join them in the games then they'll send him and maybe another or two after me, just because they need his eyes to even stand against me. That much I know." It was fact. If Kota didn't come after Izaya then the other Genin wouldn't stand a chance. Hopefully Hideyoshi saw this and would ponder it as he was. "And I hope you don't expect me to go in without my Sharingan. If I'm ever to take them seriously then they have to be able to handle me while I have my Sharingan active, otherwise I would recommend none of them." With that said he sat back quietly, waiting for Hideyoshi to take it all in. If Izaya was restricted from using his fullest potential then it simply meant the Genin were not ready, not even close.

Hideyoshi nodded as Izaya talked him through the predicted route, smiling, The Hokage leant back in his chair and looked towards the Uchiha with an evil smile. “I’d never not let you use your Sharingan dear friend,” he replied tapping his fingers against his temple as he thought about ways to throw a spanner in the works of his Genin’s plan. Izaya would like nothing better than to take on Kota at this moment in time, but that would be dangerous for the both of them. They had a grudge to settle and grudges were like rot, they started out small and miniscule and people often misjudged their severity but left unchecked and ignored; grudges consumed souls and put people in real danger. So, Hideyoshi had to think and think hard, if he was going to save the two of them from eachother. It was at that point that Hideyoshi managed to dig deep into his mind and with a smile knew what it was that he could do in order to throw his spanner into the works.
Looking towards Izaya, the Hokage took off his hat and passed it to Izaya. Mischievously, his eyes changed into a strange red colour and even took the form of the Sharingan with the tomoe taking their place. Hideysohi smirked. Whatever it was that Hideyoshi was planning should have been obvious by now, his hair changed from chestnut brown to the same dark ebony unique to the Uchiha Clan; his idea was simple but it would be effective. The two men could easily swap places thanks to the Henge no Jutsu or Transformation Technique that was taught to them both as Genin. The Genin would be trapped, lured into a false sense of security that their plan would succeed and then by the time the others would realise that the two had swapped places; things would be long over. And even so, a good measure of a person’s mettle was to see them during a crisis, a panic, if you will and see how they handle and rectify the situation. That was how things were in the real world, stuff went wrong. Almost always. So, to salvage a victory from the jaws of defeat was something that the Hokage was very fond of. “Well then, let’s play dress-up. How’s about that?” By the time his sentence finished, his voice was exactly the same as Izaya’s. His clothes too. The two were perfect copies now and could easily fool anyone.

Izaya Uchiha || Sharingan ~Inactive~ || Jounin ╔════════════════════════════════════════════╗ Izaya raised one perfectly groomed eyebrow at Hideyoshi at the mention of them playing dress-up. Just when he thought the man couldn't get any stranger he surprised him. It was a good plan, one that the Genin wouldn't be expecting at all. Izaya followed Hideyoshi's lead and started to transform as well, though not in the same stage-by-stage process. It all happened instantly in a thin layer of smoke that wafted through the air and away before it could be missed. Izaya was now a perfect likeness of Hideyoshi, and with that he added the final touch; the hat that was like the man's trademark. Izaya forced himself to smile that goofy smile that Hideyoshi always seemed to wear like a visor. "How's this?" Izaya wished he could look at himself in the mirror to see, but he wouldn't. The best way to know if you did it right was to have the original approve right? "If you're going to be me then you have to smile a bit less. In fact, don't even smile at all. Always look like you're having the worst day of your life and you'll pass for me in no time." Izaya, in the meantime, was working on his constant grin to pass himself off as the Hokage. "Ready when you are."

Hideyoshi tried desperately to turn his face into a scowl but was soon confronted with a realisation. It seemed trivial at first but what Izaya said was true, not only did the original have to approve of the copy but Izaya also did always look as if he was having the worst day of his life. Hideyoshi finally cracked scowling for a second and feeling his jaw hurt smiled. “I always thought this was just a general Uchiha look but it really isn’t is it, it’s just you!” He pointed and laughed for a second as he looked at his own face. It seemed weird without a smile on it and at that Hideyoshi also began handing out advice. “If you’re going to be me then, you’re going to have to be a little more… you know… jolly… Think Santa Clause dressed in green!” It seemed weird to have Izaya’s voice saying his words, or even having Izaya’s voice sound so positive but Hideyoshi couldn’t hide how excited he was for today’s festivities.
“Right I’ll head out to the Forest of Death. You love it there. Find somewhere I like, good luck!” And with that Hideyoshi, or Izaya as he was pretending to be was gone in a small plume of smoke.

A sleek hawk, obviously built for enduring the harsh desert heat, dove into the Hokage's office and perched upon the desk and started to preen, awaiting the Hokage as to deliver the message that had been given to it from the Kazekage in response to the hasty ink bird that had been dispatched to the Sand. Unlike the messy, and mostly unintelligible message that Hideyoshi had sent, Rikuto's response was neater, though still somewhat of a scrawl that belied the concern that something had happened...
Dear Hokage-Sama,
Unfortunately, your message did not arrive in one piece, and I was forced to assume some of the things that you wish to learn. Prosthesis by puppet parts, which I believe you are asking about, works mostly in theory; however, it is also up to the person whose limbs are being replaced, if they have the will to adapt to that kind of life. It is a very delicate process, and for some it may take years before they are able to function as a shinobi again, for others it may take faster.
If there is anything I could do to help, please let me know and I shall see what I can do.
