Hey guys, and welcome to the subforum. In this subforum, you may apply for advanced ranks such as Chuunin or Jounin for whichever village happens to have openings at the time. It is wise to come here first before making a character because once accepted here your character is guaranteed the rank.
Genin do not need to fill out an application and can just post their characters straight up for approval.
The leader of the village should be quoted, along with a copy of your posted application so that they know who they are accepting to their village! No other Moderator unless directed may accept you into a village save the Kage.
Any problems can be directed towards the kage of your choosing, or towards myself if you prefer to go that route.
