This has everything the captains library has and more. My library has two sectiodns. The section ,people can see. the pubic library.Then there is this section, the undergroud section this section has everything the public library has plus 12 computers that are connected to every building in every squad,that will alarm with the presence abnormal activity. this section also serves as an escape pad during an invasion. every captain's building has a tunnel that leads to here.its has big as half the society
