Wellp, the day is FINALLY here.
Today at 12:00 my grandmother is going into surgery to have a 'drain' put into her left side to ease the liquid build up from her stage 3 kidney/liver failure.
So this is a good thing.
HOPEFULLY they'll drain her first, since she's so swollen right now that she can barely breathe/move/do ANYTHING without being in worlds of pain. It also means that home hospice will be in 100% full swing which is also good. 3nodding
My uncle will be taking her out there today, and they're going to be pumping her full of plasma since her blood is so thin. Then he will come back and I will go out there to see her and then come home.
It's funny sorta, because I've been avoiding Llano like the plague since I graduated because I HATE that little town, and now I'm going to be there for hours today.

She'll be staying overnight tonight while they fill her with plasma. Then the actual surgery will be tomorrow, and they're doing that out patient so she can leave right after. c:
