finding clothes and accessories that are close to loli is hard to me.. (newbb lol)
but I found this ruffled arizona shirt. its not a blouse sadly but if I wear it with a jumper skirt you wouldnt know!! =D. just need to do something about the fringe on the sleeves!
then at Daiso. there is quite a few loli items there. I got 2 hair ties one with roses and one thats ruffly (welll it was CUTE), and then there were picnic blankets and I wanted to get one but my mom said 'why? NO!" crying and then there were umbrellas and Im going this sunday to get the umbrella to turn into a parasol. =D they have really pastel umbrellas xD only 1.50 + tax w00t
then I wanted to go to forever 21 but I dont seem to fit in there. =___=

When I was walking through the mall at my dads (its small) to buy my manga I walked past a undergorund attitude (which isnt very underground if its in a mall, right?)And I had to back up and check what I thought I saw in the the window,it was a beautiful dress that looked almost like a brand name lolita dress!I only had 10 bucks at the time sadly...And the store was closed crying
That just amazed me though...

The Amazing Fetus Forever 21 is a great store! i honestly can't stand the place, its so messy every time i ever stepped foot in it and all the clothes are pretty much a size 0 to a size 3 so it really isnt worth the time, plus the people are just so rude.

Agreed, but that seems to be the case in any mall. I did find this super cute sweater at Wet Seal, though. http://www.wetseal.com/catalog/product.jsp?categoryId=110&productId=3144#size-chart-popupI would have gotten one if they didn't only have extra smalls. :/

I have big boobs too but i still can't find anything in that store worth trying on. Wet seal is just a place for teeny boppers to go an flounce about. honestly, if you want to advertise how slutty you are by wearing a skirt that is all of 5 inches long go ahead but please at least wear whats called underwear and not butt floss. I will say this they do have some cute accessories. But then again you probably don't have to worry about being so thin you look like your going to die any minute. Sometimes i really hate southern California.

You could always be in New Jersey. We're overpopulated. XD
Anywho, I found this amazing skirt at Charlotte Russe which is pretty long depending on how tall you are. I'm pretty short standing at about 5"2 or 5"# so it hit just at my knees.
I have it in black.
Not bad for Charlotte Russe, right? I usually only go there for blouses, and I've been looking for a nice loli skirt for a long time. So when I found, my loli heart screamed with happiness. I'm planning on buying it in white. the khaki kind of looks...erm. smile

That skirt, while cute, is unfortunately not proper for lolita at all.
It looks like a prairie skirt, but shorter. The shape is wrong [it's an a-line without a waistband and lacks the proper bell shape] and it also looks like it's meant to be worn on the hips rather than at the natural waist [which is where a lolita skirt should sit to get the right shape]. In addition, it's listed as having a built in lining which means that any chance of making it "lolita" with a petticoat and modification is pretty much nonexistent. Those things are usually a good deal narrower than the rest of the skirt.
It's cute, but wouldn't really work with lolita at all.
