Phyl turns red, coughing awkwardly. Cupid coos, enjoying how embarrassed Phyl felt at that current moment "I-I suppose? T-Tick I just don't T-Tock like the idea of someone not T-Tick being able to enjoy a T-Tick good story. Reading T-Tock isone of my favorite pastimes, s-so..." Yes, Phyl was not used to such close contact, except with Vic and Moira and Yoo. But that was different, they were like parents to her, and as such fun to hug.

"Oh we are going to get along just find you and me. I can see it now. Reading and maybe even having some adventures too like in my show. Well not as dangerous probably and without the aliens but it will be close enough. Don't you think? Hmm I don't think I got your name did I? I'm Alvis. A pleasure to meet you what ever you name is." Taking Phyl's hand in his he shook it rather energetically all while still having his arm around the girl.

Phyl's face turns even more red. A friend! She made a friend! Phyl shakes his hand back, grinning giddily and nodding "I Tock would love to have Tick adventures and Tock read and stuff!" It was an odd feeling, making a friend- She never really talked with anyone her age before, so it made her happy.

"Well then it is a deal." Alvis had his most cheerful smile on and looking like the most happy child ever. Even if he didn't know Phyl for that much he felt as if he had known her for ages. To him it was like a friendship meant to be. "Phyl, this is the start of the most beautiful friendship time has and will ever see. Believe me. No other two friends will be as 'cool' as us. I can feel it in my ticker." Alvis laughed at his own pun and let it slowly die down. "Well Phyl if you want to find me you can usually find me here or in the dorms unless father comes back but I don't think he will anytime soon. So yes here or in my dorm room. I am on the second floor in room three. Though I have yet to see my roommate. Well I guess it is due to the fact that I am rarely there. Only go in there to sleep since I cannot do that at home. Father said I could not due to the fact that no one will be around to watch me. Really not fair at all. I am soooooo responsible enough well most of the time. Ok maybe not really but do you not think it would be a blast to have the house to yourself. I do think it would. I just really want to explore that house with all his adventure things." Alvis kept going on and on looking like he just wouldn't stop talking. It wasn't that he was that comfortable around Phyl, it was more that he just loved talking.

Lucky for Alvis, Phyl loved to listen to people talking. She sat calmly, allowing Alvis to ramble on to his heart's content. When he was done "Well, it sounds Tock like he's worried for your Tick safety. At Tick least you know he Tock loves you..." She thought of her own father, her expression turning darker "At leas Tock you have that..." She smiles, ruffling Alvis' hair "IF you ever need Tock someone to explore with you, I Tick Wouldn't mind doing so. Tick it sounds like you need someone to watch Tock your back."

Alvis really thought Phyl would be the perfect friend. She didn't complain or mind his talking but the best part was that she was willing to go on adventures with him. If Alvis had to pick having a best friend for life it would have to be Phyl for sure. It also didn't help that she seemed as if she knew how to have a blast even if he had no idea what to do. "Oh I think I will be coming to you for ideas for sure. I can just imagine it now. All the adventures and shenanigans. Better than any show I have seen without a doubt. I think they'll one day make a show about our adventures and how splendid they will be. No doubt about that."
