In the past, before RvW which made it a rulign that abortion was to be legal to some extint in all fifty states, the woman receiving the aboriton was treated as a victum, becase she had been lied to and practicly tricked into it. Now, wiht ho wmuch knowledge people have (or shoudl have) that probbaly won't be the case, but, for the benefit of the doubt, I beleive it will go back to being that way, where women receiving are treated as a victum.

If abortion wer made illegal, I believe that many of the do-it-yourself things would stop due to fear (of hurting yourself, of going to jail, etc..).
I do have a question on this, though? Seeing as ND has now made most abortions illegal - and apparently those that are allowed have to be from a rape or incest situation... how do you prove that it is? And if someone were to - say - pretend that they were raped, given the OK to get the abortion and then it was found out after the fact that they had lied, would they then go to jail for pujury? (<--- not sure if I spelled that right)
Just curious.

I beleive statchatory rape (sex between an adult and a concenting minor) would not count though, considering it was consentual. I'm not sure what the sentence would be if they had an abortion under false claims of rape.
