Control Freak hands down

Yet for some reason he has alot of fans..their even pusihing Dc to Add him to the comics.

Also he's not the weakest for the single fact that he could handle the titans by himself. so by defeniton the weakest bad guy would have to be one who doesnt even put up a fight.

The weakest is probably the Puppet King because he was a one time villain only. Control Freak is weak, but I love him too much; he's so funny!

in my opinion the weakest are..
Kitten-shes just plain retarded..and her dad too...all he really did was like throw A bunch of silkie moths at people..xD..and thats when starfire got her faithful pet.:3

Control Freak-cut down on the food fatty...without your remote control..your useless..

Puppet King-well..err....his little super nintendo control aint useful anymore now is it..xD

and that one piece of Tofu...xD..well tofu guy isnt a big bother anymore since well....cyborg ate him for lunch.. twisted

the weakest bad guy would have to be that gurglsmjdskfjdsafkldsafjreifjklsdfhjkhfdhgk (SP) xd guy (the one star was gonna get hitched to) he is technically considered a villion because he is the titans adversary (Robin and Star's worst nightmare)

But no matter whether you consider him a villian or not he is still technically a giant green booger looking thing and can't even walk
