Sickness, Disease, Death, Disasters, all things like this are due to sin and Satan introducing them to Adam and Eve with them eating the Apple. This world loves to criticize God for all these, saying if he loved us then they would not exist, but it is our fault, humanity, for giving into the first sin, which condemned us all.
