I do because I figure it's the "nice thing" to do...
Much like shaving my legs before a pedicure.
They look at snatch all day though, so I'm not sure they even care >__<

I trim, and groom the edges of the bush, but I do that normally. So, with the gyno I just make sure it doesn't smell like a foot. :]

When I was pregnant I didn't, lol, but normally I did. Now I kinda don't give a s**t. Not sure if I would or not.

I leave mine trim, but won't shave for them (rarely bother to shave anymore anyway the razor burn is always so bad).
