Aoi the Crossdresser Tree_Spirit 5 an Anaheim pepper is a mild chili pepper. a Hatch pepper, like I stated, is a pepper grown in the Hatch Valley, just like wikipedia seems to confirm. Which refers to more than 1 kind of pepper. A bell pepper is part of the same capsicum annuum family that also includes the chili pepper. You didn't actually read the wikipedia article you linked, did you? It, sort of just confirmed what I say. Bell peppers taste much different than green chiles do. sad I didn't mention bell peppers. you did. neutral

How is that confusing? We were talking about peppers you mentioned Hatch peppers so I looked them up, found out they weren't a specific kind of pepper but rather a variety of peppers grown in the Hatch valley. Then you started talking about how you don't like bell peppers. and then had two links to Hatch peppers. Which was what I was talking about. I still have no idea how you got to Bell Peppers. I think, I'm more confused than you.

I do like peppers. I've been experimenting with a few different kinds with my limited cooking skills. I do like how there are a lot of different kinds of peppers that each have their own uses. I'd like to try a ghost pepper, but I'm not sure how i would be able to use them. they don't seem to be for cooking. I don't know my limit on the scoville scale, but I think it's probably pretty good. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoville_rating
