“The Village Shrine was located within the remains of an inactive volcano, it used to be two parts. The larger Outer Shrine had been converted to the Coria Fire Gym after the eldest son of a Head Priest seven generations ago made Gym Leader status. The Inner Shrine may have been smaller, but it was a place far more scared than the Outer Shrine. It is within this Shrine that one can take the Ancient Test and be granted one of the three Dragon's of the Heart. A trio of Dragon's that aided Coria Region in their own way.” That's what Sol read in the guide book after passing under the Jubaliee Village greeting arch-way.
“Excuse me, I'm looking for the path to the Inner Shrine. I wanted to take the Ancient Test...” Sol asked a nearby elderly woman.
Her green eyes sparkled as she pointed with a chuckle to the large intimidating building that overlooked the Village, “All ye have to do is go into thy cavern yonder...it be just past that there Pokemon Center.”
Sol paid no bit of attention to her speaking pattern “Thank you...”
As Sol walked away the elderly woman called out to them, “Best of luck to thee! Thy yonder Test has felled even ye strongest of hearts...”
Sol walked on past people who dressed in different styles, some as if they were from Edo City others as if they were from Rakku City. Walking up to the Pokemon Center Sol was directed to a winding path walking up until coming to a split where the higher path led to the Gym, the other path directly in front of them led to a large gate set into the Volcano Wall.
“Guess, this is it...” Sol said walking up to the Gate. The sudden twin cries of Darmatian's stopped them in their tracks as the two large Pokemon landed on either side of the Gate.
“What business do you have with the Inner Shrine?” a gentle female voice inquired as the Gate slowly opened. She was stunning in her Priestess garb and kind smile.
Sol looked at her then smirked i came to get the egg of course
She smiled, “Very well...get past the Gate Guardians and begin your Test...”
Sol sent out his Gaburias, really intimidating the Gate Guardians with Gaburias' loud war cry
The woman greeted Sol as they entered, “Welcome to the Inner Shrine. My name is Psychecho Melee, I am the 19th Head Priestess of Jubaliee Village. Who are you to challenge the Inner Shrine?”
"I am Sol Former Champion of Johto and Kanto wishing to take the egg..."
Pyschecho nodded, “Very well...follow me to the Chamber of the Heart.”
Sol followed her until they came to a long puddle, she looked down to her skirts and sighed through her nose.
“I had to pick today of days to wear the long skirts...” she muttered.
Sol picked up the Maiden not to help her but to hurry this along
The two humans walked on, Psychecho glancing around at the high rock ceilings. Worry evident in her face and eyes...
Sol looked up and noticed the Woobats and Zubats
“I just dislike these ceilings, the Zubat and Woobat enjoy dive-bombing people who walk through...” she explained. At that moment a Zubat swooped down screeching as it did so, Psychecho jumped.
Gaburias and gotten a hold of the wild Zubat and preceeded to have his dinner
She watched the other and the two walked on, coming to a narrow walkway. She turned to the other person, “Who will go first?”
Sol looked with an empty stare as he had answered "I guess i will"
The two finally entered into a large dome shaped chamber, its roof was missing so there was a view of the skies above. Sitting on a long silver pillow were three Pokemon Eggs, Psychecho stood beside the pillow with a smile.
“Welcome to the Chamber of the Heart, for accompanying me you can pick one of these three eggs. You are only allowed one...which do you choose?” she held her hand out towards the three eggs.
