So I'm going to rant here because I am very fustrated. We started losing weight together and I've lost like twice as much as her and I've told her it's because I started out heavier. She probably isn't doing it on purpose but she like makes me feel bad for losing when she doesn't and it's fustrating because I have tried to tell her that she's not eating enough for the amount of calories she's burning it's that simple and she just doesn't get it. I love her to death but stop making me feel bad for seeing results. I understand she's bummed and she brings it up every time we work out together i'll help her out she just needs to listen a little more and stop insisting that she knows everything. I'm not going to feel bad for seeing progress. =/

Normally heavier people who start out working out lose weight at an insanely alarming rate for a short while before their body stops losing it so quickly as well. Congrats on seeing results though o 3o I hope you get to your ideal weight :3
