Are you still eating foods you enjoy at least? There are lots of delicious healthy foods, which are low in cals, high in nutrients, and all round good.

What is your food plan?

Daily Meals:
-Breakfast: An Egg, two slices of Turkey, and a slice of Mozzarella Cheese in a Double-Fiber English Muffin. And a cup of Milk.

-Lunch: A piece of Grilled Chicken Breast, two ladle-fulls of Beans, a cup of Broccoli. And a cup of Milk.

-Dinner: A bowlful of Kashi: Go Lean! (with Milk, duh), and sometimes a Banana.

-Snacks: Almonds or Green Tea with Flax Seeds or a Tablespoon of Smart Balance Chunky Peanut Butter.

I love all this food. Gets boring, but I don't care.

I've had two cheat meals. But I've eaten healthy other than that.

And I'll probably have a cheat meal on Friday because January 10th is my birthday. ;3
