And I don't mean this in any negative or sarcastic way. It's just I haven't come across this phenomena in any where else than in the internet meme world so I really don't know and I would like to know. whee gaia_angelright

But honestly, I'm not a brony but I admit I've watched some of the show on Netflix and found it entertaining. Someone asked me to watch an episode the other day. I figured "what could it hurt"? Something about the show just seems to "catch". Myself, I'd imagine it's my penchant for humor, nonsense and insanity. The easiest way to learn would be to simply watch an episode or two and see what you think. Like most entertainment, the same show/movie/what have you can be wildly popular for a wide variety of reasons that vary with each fan.

I agree, it was definitely the randomosity and wacky nature of some of the characters that got me interested, like pinky pie. Some of the stuff she does just makes me crack up. rofl
