I am not a newbie. I'm the bomb-diggity, yo! Name: Brogdan Temperament: Rugged Personality blurb: Brogdan is a stoic, strong, and silent male. It's not often that he speaks or interjects with his own opinion verbally, but his eyes and sometimes body language can tell it all. More times than not he wears an emotional guard that's as strong as his physical one. He's definitely the type to talk with his hooves and teeth before his voice. A good word to describe him is tsundere.. which he is very much like. He's very rough around the edges and isn't the most gentle type, but does his best to be with those he cares about. It's hard to gain his trust, and takes a lot of persistence and patience... as well as a clear indication of strength. He will not tolerate weakness, and has no interest being affiliated to those that are. Unless... they are wanting to better themselves, to become strong. If they have the heart and desire in their soul to grow in prowess then he has no problem helping them get there. After all, everyone has to start somewhere. And he knows not everyone grows the same way. He was lucky enough to have that drive inside of him to be a protector, a defender... sometimes others need it forced out of them. He loves training, and getting stronger, challenges, and pushing himself. He often roams endlessly and aimlessly, merely admiring and enjoying the world he lives in. Though interested in traveling further, he feels mildly obligated to stay closer for his family's sake. When it comes to strangers, he's very wary of them, not particularly interested in gaining their company. This can give him a sort of "snobbish" or "stuck up" front, but he's just... not the most socially graceful individual. So... he might not make for the best conversation. He has a soft spot for those younger than him, though, enjoying watching youths and how they act.. admiring their innocence to the world. Often times, if they are left unattended, he might take on the role of a big brother to them, guarding them, or standing nearby to make sure nothing disturbs their play. They bring out the softness in him, the more maternal and caring side, which can sometimes subtly be conveyed in his features. Though he loves his family, he wants to "spread his wings" and really get out there... and find a life for himself. He feels as though remaining where he is is holding him back, and still has lots of potential to fully blossom.

Did you see that? That fly was ginormous! Name: Primrose Temperament: Friendly Personality blurb: Pretty Prim just wants to be liked by everyone. She's not particulary clever or bright, she has no ultra special talent or ability nor any deep dark secrets or thoughts, she just is. She likes everyone and wants to be liked back in return, she just can't fathom anyone not liking her! If a herla does take a disliking to Prim, for whatever reason, Prim seeks to change that part of herself, or become something else to suit them despite herself. Does this herla like to explore dark caves? Well so will Prim even though she's very afraid of creepy crawling things and the sounds that echo out of the cave at night. Does that herla like to kill and eat rabbits? Well so will Prim, even though she loves rabbits and prefers a herbivore diet. To say that Prim has no personality or hobbies of her own is inaccurate, but she can often become muddled and forget which interest or disinterest a particular "friend" liked about her. In private or her own quiet time, Prim prefers to eat sweet grasses and fruits, loves to dwell in beautiful places and think about how fascinating life is and how random it is to be alive and live in that time and place and in that form. (She's a bit of a deep thinker when she's alone.) But more then anything, she just likes having friends, attention, and to be liked.

Hey! I'm pretty Motherly! Name: Anastasia Temperament: Defensive Personality blurb: Ana hasn't had the best welcome to the Hartlands as many would prefer. A beautiful doe arriving carrying 3 beautiful fawns from a father she'd rather not discuss has made her the talk of the lands. Some of the talk, however, is unkind. Ana is really a warm, friendly doe who wants a group of other doe to talk to and enjoy the company of, and perhaps one day find someone to settle down with, but because of idle gossip and jealousy, she's finding it very hard to trust anyone. Some bucks hit on her, thinking she's an easy catch for offspring or a good night, and does who're jealous of her and her children's beauty shun her or ignore her. This has made her defensive and more cold and aloof then she truly is. Ana is very protective of her children. While she doesn't give a flying wit about what any others say about her, to badmouth her fawns is a bad move. Ana will become a aggressive rainbow demon who will flight with hooves and words and nothing is as shocking as such what can spill from those beautiful lip when you've incurred her wraith.

I'm the bomb-diggity, yo! Name: Alexander Temperament: Wholesome Personality blurb: In his youth, Alexander does his best to take the spot of their missing father. He helps his mother with whatever she need and enjoys coddling and watching over his sisters, much to their joy and annoyance. As he grows into a yearling, Alexander tries to be the pretty, royal, noble hart his mother wishes him to be. It's hard going though when he tends to be a little goofy and awkward. He means well, but the boy gets so tongue tied and rambles himself into a corner that his catch phrase might as well be "Open mouth, insert hoof." Once he's an adult he manages to learn how to work around his silly little Freudian slip, playing them off as a joke or generally being silly, smoothing over his awkwardness while still looking like a gentleman. He's a wholesome hart who prides himself on being a true shining knight, upholding a kind sense of justice for those unable to protect themselves. (Not a newbie)

I'll cut you so bad you'll wish I no cut you so bad! Name: Elysia Temperament: Maleficent Personality blurb: Elysia isn't vain, she's a vine. Slowly spreading its thin tendrils about harmlessly, unnoticed, until it begins to take over, consuming and entrapping all that it had spread about as it grows. She is the blue rose. A rarity. And every herla should know this. And every herla should bow before her beauty, and if they don't they would soon see how cruel a rose's thorns could be. As a fawn Elysia enjoys breaking away from mom's doting clutches and doing her own thing, occasionally attempting to drag her younger sister with her. Her mischief turns into harsher cruelty as she grows, budding into a beautiful but deadly flower. Only her family, her beautiful little sister, her slightly overbearing brother (who she knows means well), and her perfect mother can calm her back into that rebellious but loving fawn she used to be. (Not a Newbie. Also, seeing as I'm entering for two I'll preference the boy over this girly in the rare event that comes up. XD)

First off, I would like to thank everyone that entered. All of you came up with some really fun stuff for these babies and their mother. It was really difficult to decide which of these that we liked out of them all, but we finally did it.
For Rainbow Rose we chose Neon Fly's entry. Something about it just seemed to fit and we couldn't get over how the little self RP was written and how the little story just flowed so nicely. It stuck with us. Rose mama is sweet but strong. It was simply beautiful.
Next we have the oldest son, Red Rose, we chose bluegeam's entry. We really enjoyed the fact that, not only is he absolutely fearless, but this older brother has stepped up to the role of protector in his family. He feels that it's his duty to take care of his family. He's a good brother and son and it's clear that he loves his family very much.
Thirdly we come to the second oldest child, Blue Rose, for her we chose CoyoteSparrow's entry. There was just so much information on this character that it's difficult to pick just one thing that we had liked about the character's personality. She's venomous and loving to her family all at the same time as well as being a bit of a tough love-r. We just loved it.
And finally we have the youngest child, Pink Rose. It was really hard to decide for her. There were two entries that stuck out the most and it was really difficult to make this decision. For her we chose Strawberri Stardust's entry. It was sweet and it made us laugh. She seems like she likes to have a good time and her airy and playful nature balanced out the rest of her family rather nicely. Boy, is Red Rose going to have his mouth full watching this one~
