Waking Up

Notes: You know those moments when you wake up beside your significant other? Yea... nothing ever beats that. smile
Disclaimer: I don't own Full Metal Alchemist.
Roy slowly opened his eyes as he was waken up by the sunlight streaming through the window. He started to stir a little then realized his lover was still in his arms from the night before. He smiled a little, then hugged the teen tighter, stroking his long hair with his hand.
Ed slowly shifted in Roy's hold, reaching an arm around to hold himself against him as he slept, rubbing his head against Roy's chest. Roy grinned and closed his eyes, burying his head in Ed's hair. Ed grunted softly and squinted his eyes as the light in the room started to wake him up.
Roy gently kissed the top of Ed's head when he opened his eyes. Ed yawned and pulled the covers over them both, trying to keep the light out. Roy brought up a hand and stroked along his head, brushing the stray hairs out of the boy's face. Ed yawned, opened his eyes, and smiled warmly into Roy's eyes, then hugged into him as tightly as he could.
"Good morning Roy..." Ed yawned into his chest. "I love you."
