Well i dunno if this was from club nintendo, i don't know anyone who would send me this...
But it was a mario shirt was red and i believe has the mushroom (maybe on a pipe) and it says "ONE MAKES YOU LARGER" @_@ I thought it was the plat status gift, so i logged onto the site and it told me to pick my reward. Nothing caught my eye execpt posters.

I tried to google it and couldn't find it. Something like that definitely sounds like either a fan or random company tshirt. There's so many places online making shirts now.
