((Sure it might make for a better story lol.)) Zera looked up at and nodded saying "Mommy." Then she reburied her face in his chest. She was so sad and scared it was hard to beleive that anyone would be so cruel.

Cody looked at her but he thought about the man that had taken her, "Zera... your mother might still be alive... she was taken by those men... I think that I know where they are too." he said as he noticed that it was close to being morning. He got up and he gently put her down, but soon began to pack up, he needed to get themselves to the city to save her mother.

Zera helped pack up and walked nextto Cody as they went to the next town. She was scared that her mother wouldn't remember her since she was very little at the time and didn't think she would. Once they were in the next town, Zera was a little nervous and jumped into Cody's arms. She was getting looks from everyone there.was scaring her.

Cody looked at her when she jumped in his arms but he looked around, when she was in his arms, he thought about how he walked towards the entertainment lab building. He soon walked inside but something seemed off, none of the secritaries were out. He soon walked in but someone walked towards them, but Cody went to move out of the way only to feel Zera brush against his strange metal bracelet but he gasped as the person vanished, "What the!?" he asked as he was wearing an illusion canceller.

Zera got scared and buried her face. But then she smelled a familir scent and sniffed around after jumping down, trying to find the scent. She then caught it and howled hoping that her mommy would come looking for her.

Cody looked at her when she jumped down but a man came after hearing a howl, he growled a bit, "What are you doing here!?" he demanded to Cody but Cody glared at him, "Where is Zorarck!?" He asked demanding that but the man hesitated, "I... I don't know what you mean!" He said brushing it off but Cody called the local police, and soon Cody rushed past the man and got to a back storage area. Cody looked around, something seemed strange because their was purple aura like structures that covered cages that he could see. His wrist glowed a bit but he noticed a projector hidden on the ceiling. Cody brought Evan out and had him use swift and destroyed the projector. Crates disappeared revealing stolen pokemon inside, in one of the cages with machines on her paws and covering her mouth was a weak zorarch, Zera's mother.

Zera saw the Zoroark and ran over saying "Mommy?" Then she looked up at the pokemon and tried to open the cage. Then she whimpered and the ZOroark looked at her in suprise. Then she went over to the bars and Zera wagged ehr tail as she was nuzzled by the Zoroark. She looked so skinny and weak. Zera was worried. THen she heard more people coming and whimpered not wanting to leave her mommy alone again. SHe looked at Cody and whimpered saying "Mommy."

Cody looked at her when she spoke, he rushed over to the cage and opened it, unlocking it as he got in and began to take the machines off of her, he soon found that she was free but weak. he gently picked Zoroark, but he soon walked with Zera to get Zoroark to the pokemon center which when they got their, Zera's mother was taken into the ER and cared for, Cody stayed with Zera out in the waiting room holding her.

Zera was crying a little since she was scared her mother wouldn't make it. She looked up at cody and snuggled against him as he held her just laying in his arms wanting her mommy to be okay. "Mommy." She said sadly and sniffled.
