A man in a white, leather jacket came would appear at the entrance to the room. He would look over at the trio and fix his gaze upon Syi. Colov Zeae, the assassin known simply as C, had returned from hiding to seek out this man. "I heard that you left the Sith, Syi, but I didn't think that I'd track you here." C would take a few step closer and stand there. The hood over his head blocked off a direct view of his face, but his bright, crimson eyes shone brilliantly in his former comrade's direction. This moment seemed tense, but C would let loose a harmless chuckle. "So what are you doing here? I just hope you're rid of the Sith and Jedi both. I'd hate to have to end up killing you on a job. After all, we were both Sith Knights together under Darth Nero's regime, so I know fully well that losing you would just be a waste of a valuable soldier.."

C would turn his attention then to Salik and the Bounty Hunter that was there with Syi. He already didn't like them. They just gave off a vibe that really did not sit well with him. It put him on edge and that usually meant that they'd be trouble. It was likely that the one in the cloak was a member of the Jedi Order or at least was at a time. C's familiarity with the light side of the force as well as the dark was too great for him to not feel this man's power. C almost ignored the Bounty Hunter completely as he focused on Salik.

"Hahaha... You forget, Mei'ka, you and I have a contract, no?" Syido said with his accented voice, each syllable rolling off in a distinct way. He liked having the young bounty hunter on his side, she was of great assistance and provided him a good long range back up plan. Though, their relationship could be shaky at best. Seeing as how she was loyal to money first... But perhaps that could change, some day.

The other one was Salik, the person he still saw was full of some mystery. Then again, so was Syi'. He could connect with the man well, have a certain thing that clicked with his ideals and intentions. With Nero, he couldn't do that. In a way Salik reminded the man of his old mentor, Reinka. Reinka had the same thought process, neutrality and not the Sith way. Syido could easily have already been weak on the darkside since he was Reinka's apprentice, or did he ever fall to it... But what could explain his dark powers, he wondered.

He had done what he asked when it came to showing off a few of his saberstaff techniques, able to ignite the weapon on the draw and even show off a few twisting maneuvers. It was because over the past five years, Syi's practice of the odd weapon was superb, going about learning the style for himself when he witnessed it in battle once before. He also honed his skill further in Fencing and Form II just like how his master had once stressed.

"There is a no more elegant style than Form II, since it's using your enemy against themself." Syi' recalled the old training when he finished a training segment. But it was then he sensed something, his sith sense to be exact. It wasn't a foe, nor was it an ally from what Syi' picked up on. The words he first spoke were like daggers stabbing at his heart, temptation... a cruel thing embroiled his mind as he wanted to touch it, to fall to it once more in the faux reality.

Syi' snapped himself from it as he discerned the reason he left it in the first place. It was like slavery, like he himself was bond in servitude to the leaders. That he couldn't relive again, he wouldn't and couldn't. Even as the man in white stared at him, Syi's knuckles turned white as he drew the one saber he used the most. His lava colored blade, still inactive, was clenched tight in his hand as he didn't like the memory of this one.

"I left. To put it more accurately, I betrayed the Sith. I was never loyal to them, only to my Master Reinka, he died years before Nero's black fog enveloped my mind." Syi' said as he focused one of his neutral force powers. Empathy, the power to read and dechipher emotions from an individual. The man couldn't find much feeling with the amount of power he did use, but he did find distrust and disliking to his now two comrades.

"I killed many as I fled, even killed one of the Sith knights that was in Nero's employ... Turned his very body in for the credit. Face it, I left and I'm not going back." Syido suddenly stepped forward, tossing his black and gold cloak aside as his black Jensaarai armor showed underneath. It wasn't his full-blown body armor, rather a breastplate of cortosis weaving with the forearm guards as well as the shin guards. If Syido had been on a mission, nothing on his body would have been exposed, yet he always wore light weight armor when in a casual setting, such as now.

His saber was held just to the side, ready to spring to life if needed. "Salik, let me handle him. He has a connection to the darkside from what I can feel.. and something more... Colov, what is it you want?" Syi' said as the lightsaber came to life, it's lava color flickering to life as the Duel-Phase sprang the blade up to 1.5 meters.

Salik quickly submergerd himself into the White Current, looking to the new comer with intensity in his emerald eyes, as his other hand reached for his other saber hilt and held it in his hand. He quickly used Force Sense enchantment, looking for the intent, emotion, and force alignment in the warrior talking to Syi. Salik was rather happy with how he was handling the situation, and even though his thoughts jumped straight to combat, Salik's own mind did the exact same thing.

Salik then used his floating and orbiting to quickly point in an aggressive manner towards the other Sith, showing him that he was not to be messed with. Speaking in a darker tone, Salik spoke to the Sith first.

“You wont be doing any killing in this temple, especially not students of mine. I hope you didnt come here with threats, expecting them to affect us. I have seen and killed my fair share of your kind, and that was back when i was limited to the Jedi Code. Imagine what i am like now....”

The Furian finally understood the timing. Syi and Salik had managed to cover their tracks well enough that it even took a force user 5 years to find them. The Master knew it was wishful thinking to believe that they would never be found. But then it was Syi who spoke, and the Furian had to answer.

"Be careful if you fight him. Dont toy with him, dont play around. Get to the point, and dont feed your ego. He is like grains of dust in your hand, free to be dispersed wherever you see fit. You have my blessing....but dont force me to jump in...."

C said nothing for a moment after the two had initiated a hostile response. He was kind of upset, actually. Syi had spoke to him using his full name. "Colov..... I haven't heard that name in five years..... I'd rather that you not bring it up again." The Sith in the white cloak took a few steps forward so that he was about four paces from Syi. He focused his crimson stare into Syi's eyes. Maybe Syi would feel his true intent. If not, the following gesture would show his true intent. C would whip out his lightsaber and activate the blade. He would hold it out in front of him, reversed position in the hand so the blade emerged on the side of the butt of his palm. "So you think that I'm here to bring you back, Syi? Well, I do give you some credit. It's always best to act defensively when I'm involved. But maybe this will show you my true intent." -C would turn of the blade of red light and then drop the Sith shoto. The sound of the metal parts would clank on the ground and C would lift both palms into the air. This was a sign that would show he wasn't intending any harm to Syi, Salik, or the Bounty Hunter. Well, that was unless they decided to attack first.

"So do you believe now that I'm not here for a fight?"
The Sith would lower his hands and then hope that the two would lower their guard so that this situation was less tense. "Listen, I'm a traitor to the Sith, too, Syi. I won't be trying to bring you back ever. Honestly, I need a new place to lay low for a while with someone who could be good protection. Of course, I won't come empty-handed. I'm trained to be a Sith Knight, so you know that I can fight, too. If you need my blade, then it is yours to command. All I ask for is permission to use this place kind of like a hideout as long as I'm running from the Sith." C spoke truth. Syi was his only possible ally at this point and C would need someone to help him survive. If Syi and this Salik fellow would accept this offer, then C would honor their hospitality and form a companionship with them.

Syi' twirled his saber once at the man dropping his saber. He felt the urge to kill the man, to not take chances with this possible threat. But, he fought against it and deactivated his own, sheathing the weapon upon his belt next to the identical purple saber. His amber eyes fixed onto his former comrade for a moment before he rose his hands.

As if he was making a threatening gesture, Syi' unleashed as much energy he could with his force power. He was rather akin with sensing one's emotions and their balance of the Force. With empathy and the power to telepathy, Syido could feel it a lot more clearly. Colov...or C, did mean his words. Standing there with his eyes closed and strained from the control, the former sith recoiled back as he felt the temptation of the darkside once more.

'Gyaah! I hate those thoughts. I believe you though, over these years I have practiced the ability to read emotions... If you're wondering what I have done." Syido explained as he breathed in from the sudden drain the skill took from him. Using his telekinesis, he rose the shoto saber up to C's chest level for him to take.

"Take it," he said simply. "I'm not the one to ask however, but this is deja vu in my eyes. I don't command people and I don't want to either, you're my equal as well as anyone else I meet. So Col...I mean C, why the sudden change? Nero's death?" Syido pull his cloak back over his armor as he took a few steps back to his comrades, gesturing for the new comrade to come as well.

"Salik, I do not believe he's a threat. I feel dark power, but I feel no presence of the Sith.."

C rapped his fingers around the shoto and then took it out of her telekinetic hold. He twirled the miniature saber and then tossed it perfectly into his belt holster then let it swing to rest just behind his waist. He looked at Syi, impressed by how much training the man had put into himself. He then asked about C's reason for leaving the Sith. "Well if there's anything I hate as much as the Jedi, it's the Sith. That b*****d Nero had been clouding my thoughts and was teaching me the ways of the dark side. But even then, I had enough free will to leave. The only reason I stayed with the Sith was because Nero was my emplyer. As you should know, Syi, I'm one of the galaxy's best assassins. Nero needed my power and my knowledge of the Jedi Order in order to accomplish his own, idiotic goals." C nearly spat after speaking Nero's name, but he restrained himself as a sign of respect to this temple that he would likely call home for a while. C hated Nero for pulling him into the Sith Order. "So is that a good enough reason, Syi? Honestly, I don't know any other reason to leave other than the fact that I'm off of the payroll."

Mei looked at the blacked haired human and shrugged a little. She remembered the contract. There was no way she would forget it. But it didn’t change the fact that she was in it to get the credits. Though, she had to admit. It wasn’t such a bad thing to have someone like Syi around. He wasn’t a Jedi so she wasn’t to afraid of him. He wasn’t a loud-mouthed type of person either. Mei wouldn’t have even bothered being on the same planet as him if he had been. “I’ve never been on a contract lasting this long. It slips my mind every now and then.” it wasn’t far from the truth. Sometimes it was easy to forget.

Before anyone could say much more, her ears perked right up and twisted slightly as she heard someone approaching them. She looked over and saw a hooded male walk up. He obviously knew of Syi from the way he was speaking. ‘Is he a Sith?’ her right hand was on her blaster when she noticed how tense Syi had gotten. If there was a fight Mei would have some trouble. Lightsabers weren’t what she was worried about. She could dodge that, it was the invisible swirling thing they called the Force that she couldn’t do much about.

She growled a little bit when the man turned to look at her Salik. Her temper was only shortened when she was obviously ignored. Her blaster was still at her waist, but her clawed hand was already gripping it tightly. The only thing stopping her from blasting him was the fact that Syi was speaking to the man. When he was done speaking of the past, Syi’s light saber hummed and flickered into life. Salik was speaking to the other two right now as well. Seems like she was still being ignored.

Her light brown eyes narrowed however, when the Sith’s light saber hit the ground and his palms went up. It was here that Mei drew her blaster. She didn’t trust him. Then again, Mei never really trusted anybody. Even when Syi said that he believed him, Mei still didn’t. She moved slightly closer to Salik as Syi came closer to them. She didn’t say a word as the guys talked. Her tail would swish back and forth and her hand was still on her blaster. If emotions could be read as easily as Salik and Syi made it out to be the word ‘tense’ should be stamped in big bold letters on her forehead. Her ears were still pointed straight up as she kept on staring at C…or Colov, whatever his name was.

Salik nodded, and listened to Syi as he spoke. If he didnt think of the assassin as a threat, then prehaps the furian could give him a chance. Deactivating his lightsabers, the force user stood tall, and began to speak. Maybe he could test them all somehow, and see what they woudl produce.

“If you are no longer Sith, then you must no longer be Sith in action. I want you all to go do something. In the Mining town not to far from here, people have been disappearing in strange and mysterious manners. These are not women and children soley, as some are battle hardened militia, some even mandalorians. They asked me to help investigate, so i want you all to go do the inital investigation. If you do this for me, C, You will have earned my trust. Mei, there will be some hard earned for you as well. Syi.....make me proud.”

Salik then went to practice his own technique, grabbed a stone and flung it across the room. He was beginning to think to himself, and he needed to investigate this planet more.

Syido went back to his two original comrades, he sensed a mixture of emotions that the boy couldn't control against. Most of it came from the bounty hunter which was to the point Syi' almost had a headache from the immense intense feeling behind it. Empathy, it was something Syido couldn't control in high levels just yet.

But he stopped as he heard Salik speak. It was about people, women and children, going missing in odd ways. He almost shrugged it off until the Madolorians were mentioned. In a surprised gasp almost, Syido frowned then and shook his head. It was a test, Syi' was completely sure of it all. But did this man really think three rookies could investigate something that has took even Mandolorians even? They were like the bad asses of the Galaxy to even a Jedi or Sith.

"Seems we got a job to do you two... We'll back shortly then... Mei, C, Let's go!" The black haired Warrior said, donning his cloak before making a long and hasty stride to the exit and for the Mining town Salik mentioned. He knew of the town and had his PDA for a makeshift map as well.

Mei turned her gaze to the older man as he talked now. She was far from being clam, but he was talking about a job of some sort. That would give her something too shoot at, at least. “If it’s more than what Syi paid me the first time, then I’m all for it.” Mei had learnt her lesson the first time she had gone under a contract. The lesson was; always, always ask for the amount of pay up front. Now she was following around a former Sith for some credits.

She followed Syi with her hand finally leaving her blaster. “This better be more than what you promised, Syi.” the feline creature said as her tail flicked back and forth in anticipation. Mei had her doubts about C, but the thought of a new target out weighted her feelings at the moment. If something was grabbing people who could handle themselves in a fight, it meant that there was something worth fighting. She just hoped it wasn't some kind of cave rancor or krayt dragon.

Mandalorians were going missing in action? This didn't seem right at all. C once had many Mandalorian as clients when he was first serving as an assassin. Mandalorian were, by no means, easy to get rid of. They were the most stubborn things that C had ever come across. "If this is going to earn me the right to call this place home, I will gladly assist you in this endeavor." C would follow hastily behind Syi on their way to complete this mission.
