From his seemingless helpless position the HSA leered to her still appearing unphased by her wrath. "And by killing me... you'll only prove to your master that your... just another one of those damned freaks out there." He spoke with a grin. "Isn't that the reason you've spared me all these years... because you don't want to upset your master... oh no wait, it's because he'd kill you if you killed without an order." He said with a grin as he reacted down grabbing her wrist and pulling her hand away from his throat to give himself back the breath she was cutting off. "Face it, The worst you can do is leave some cuts and bruises but anything more and not only will Micheal have your a** in his hands, he'll have your head on his wall." He said with a grin. "Now carry out with your business with the students... I have more important matters to attend to." He said snidely waiting for her to leave his sight.

(ready for a time skip? I mean there's much more I can do with Raine now, but that would take more time than it's worth unless you three want to NPC someone.)

Raine knelt behind him, her front pressed to his back. She had her hands on his shoulders, and was pressing down with only a fraction of the strength she possessed. She had her legs on ether side of his hips so that she was squatting over him from behind, giving her the best leverage to press his face down, into the freezing tub of water. Water sloshed over the sides of the wooden basin, soaking her her boots, and turning her feet into frozen blocks of ice. This discomfort was second to the feeling of exhilaration she received from holding this defenseless boy under the water. His hands were tied tightly at the small of his back, and she could feel them thrashing and straining against the bond. This was her favorite form of torture, to feel someone strain and fight until they used the last of the precious oxygen in their hurting lungs. She smiled bitterly, already this boy was growing weaker, she could feel it as his jerks became little more than twitches, separated by long pauses of nothingness. She held him there, waiting for him to die, until she heard a slight snap. Immediately she lifted him by the shirt that had been plastered to his back by the water; she was never allowed to kill without being told to do so. She pulled him up so that he was kneeling with his legs tucked under him, her knees still on either side of him. She looked expectantly at her handler. It had been three weeks, very nearly four since the incident and Raine's speech, and still there was none who came forward. Micheal had granted her the power to interrogate any student of his choosing, with his help of course and already there was a pile of dead, ten at least, in the corner to her right.

Since they were now being looked for Ro decided it best to stay hidden away to train as much as possible. Since Raine had everything provided for the most part in the sanctuary he really didn't have any worries though what wasn't provided was merely a chance to test his stealth or new techniques out as far as he saw it. Everyday for what felt like a month he pushed his body harder and harder breaking limits he didn't even know he had. Saturdays and Sundays were the only days he allowed himself to rest and recover from the week of intense training/exercise with Saturday being simply exercise and no training and sunday being no exercise or training. No matter what he did or how it effected him he kept a mental picture of Raine constantly on his mind. Even at the points where it felt like his body would give out on him and at the moments where he felt like he would die the image of her smiling kept him going. That and constantly being checked on by Vail and Adara. He had tremendously increased his power, strength, speed, and all other attributes, even going as far as to complete the obstical course Raine set for him in under 5 seconds. In one particular run thru he moved so fast the sonic boom created in the wind shatter the jagged stone obsticals like glass letting him know he was indeed ready to face anything though it wasn't enough. He wanted more power, the power to protect Raine and his friends from anything, be it human, changed, or other. And he wasn't going to stop until he had such power at his fingertips. He had just emerged from his favorite training room, spotless after 8 hours of nonstop hardcore training. He was grinning happily with a newly lit fire in his eyes as he emerged. Today was going to be the day. He was taking Raine back and that would be the last of it. After all his training he hadn't burned thru 10% of his energy yet and for him that felt amazing. "Vail, Adara, You here!" He called out as he walked from his training room to the storage room where Raine had kept the vials filled with her antidote for the poison that was blocking out her memorys. "Hold on baby... just a little bit longer." He muttered laying a hand on one of the vials thinking of her as usual as he waited for the other 2.

Vail was in the main room in a chair, reading a supernatural book ironically. She had just come back from the cemetary, where she had replenished her energy, and had felt like resting. As she heard Ro calling, she sighed quietly and closed her book with an audible snap. Lately, she had been feeling antsy, probably from feeling so cooped up. Since their escape to the underground training area and headquarters, she had been trapped in here with the other two, only going out to visit the cemetary when she was feeling totally drained of energy. She stood and stretched, her hands reaching to the ceiling as a small sound left her mouth, a sound of releif after sitting so long. Vail put the book down on the table and left in search of her friend. She was glad he seemed so full of life lately, but she had a feeling that it had to do something with them going to save Raine soon. After all, she herself was pumped up at that thought. A small whisper in her ear told her that Ro was in the room where Raine had put the antidote and she smiled, her steps becoming quicker. Soon, she found herself next to Ro and watching him with an arched eyebrow. "Is it time to get this party started?" she asked sarcastically, her lips curling up in one corner as she looked at the vial.

"I'd say so." He said happily. "Adara never came back last night... best bet is to assume she's dead." He said sounding rather angry about that fact but he never let that distract him. He took the vial and tucked it away in his jacket ready to get the show started. "You ready to do this... you can still back out now if your not sure." He warned as he reached up along the wall and took a short sword and a glove for grip. It was fingerless so he would still have some form of flexibility in his fingers. Other than that a box of nails and the vaccine was all he had on him. He was ready to go to war as far as he was concerned. "Wait for me baby... i'm coming." He thought to himself ready to get started

Her eyes widened as she looked at him. She hadn't been aware that Adara hadn't returned, and pang of regret and anger went through her. She had lost yet another friend, but she still hoped she could get Raine back. She sighed, sadness permeating the sound as she leaned back against the wall and watched him prepare. "I'm ready." she had nothing on her, but that was only because she didn't need anything. What was a weapon when you controlled the dead? Necromancer's didn't need a sword, or anything like that. With a turn of her heels, the walked out the door before looking behind her. "Let's get this over with." she said, her eyes hardening. After all, if she was going to do this, she would no doubt have to kill more people, but it didn't bother her all that much. She had already killed plenty, what was a few more?

He walked beside her prepared for what would happen if they seen by anybody. He had the blade on his back and the nails on his hip ready as he lifted the neckless Raine gave him to open the exit. "My thoughts exactly." He said walking up and out the entrance in the earth. He could tell a lot had happened during their time underground by the tension in the air and the look of the buildings. Something seemed darker about the school but he had no time to worry about that. "Where do you think Raine is?" He said looking around trying to figure out where she'd be though as he did he felt something cutting thru the air. He leaped aside snatching Vail with him as a couple bullets whizzed by from a secret mounted camera tarot. "We gotta move, Now." He said to Vail lifting up and taking off toward the spot where the students were all assembled before. He had no idea why but that seemed like the best place to start.

The sun was bright; the sky a light blue there was not a cloud in the sky. The wind blew lightly across the empty school grounds. Flowers bloomed a riot of color in the bushes that flourished around each building. The lake, also looked blue, deep and warm. Spring was in the air and not a soul was outside. It was uncommon for the School to be so still, but all "students" were on lockdown since the accident. The grounds were empty, save for Raine. She sat midway up a tree that stood outside the balcony where she had threatened the students. The leaves were green and full, and hid her completely from sight. This was her favorite spot, high in the tree, becoming one with her element. This was the only time she was every truly alone, truly peaceful. The press of the rough bark to her was comforting , and the limb under her bare foot, the other hung off the branch, felt right. This was as close as she was allowed to using her ability. She had her hair down, and her feet bare. Her boots hung on a smaller branch beside her along with a quiver of arrows. Her bow, unstrung, sat on the branch she was perched on. In her lap was the beautiful dagger she kept strapped to her thigh; her luck charm. She held in gently in her hands and lightly moved a wet stone across the edge. The scraping of metal on stone soothed her as she sharpened the edge. She was going to be sent out on a mission in the morning, and she had to be sure that she favorite blade was ready. It had been a gift, she remembered, from Michel of all people. She closed her eyes, her hands stilling, as she remembered this. He had given it to her before her first mission, saying that it had been specially made for her. She sighed and tried to shake off the memories, but still they came. He had not always been a tyrant, in fact, he had saved her life once, made her trust him, rebuilt her mind after it had been destroyed. ~Flashback (Fifty Years Earlier)~ She was in agony. Her body was nothing more than a raw, painful nerve to in pain to even writhe anymore. How long had she been here? Where was she? Did it matter? No. They had tortured her as soon as they had taken her from her home. They had ensured that she could not accidentally use her powers, powers she had no idea she had until she had made an entire forest grow in minutes. She was in so much pain, and so tired. She had begged for death, and they had only laughed. The door to her cell with all white and a drain in the center opened again. She closed her eyes, knowing that there was more pain coming. She heard footsteps, the footsteps of one person. Something she knew was odd. She turned her head painfully, and found herself looking at a pair of black boots. The person, a man, squatted beside her, and lifted a hand. She flinched, but was to tired to try and move away. The hand came down gently, resting on the center of her bare back. "Poor, poor Raine," he whispered, "What have they done to you?"She was shocked, she had expected pain, and instead she got kindness. "My name is Michel," he continued, "I am the Head of Punishment here at this institute. It's a place for people like you Raine, the freaks and the different. The changed," he paused, gazing down at her, "Are you in pain Raine."She said nothing, tears rolling down her cheeks, afraid to answer. The torture had worsened when she spoke. "You may speak Raine, I will not hurt you. Are you in pain?"She nodded, "Y-yes," she whispered, her voice scratchy from lack of use. He nodded, "What if I said I could end your pain?" he asked, "For a price, of course."She began to cry harder, disbelief making her tears flow. He nodded, "You have two choices Raine. You can either stay here and I will watch as you are tortured to death," he paused, letting what he said sink in, "Or you can come with me, and become my student and the only pain you will receive will be by my hand if you do wrong."She was sobbing now, as his hand rubbed her back gently, comforting her. "Yes," she said after a moment, "Yes." ~End Flashback~ After that the pain had stopped. He had began teaching her, healing her, turning her into the assassin she was today. She sighed, and closed her eyes, still remembering. Oblivious to the world around her. (Sorry I want to do more, but I keep getting distracted. I'll do more flashbacks later)

(The internet is shitty here but nevertheless I will be trying to get on more. Sorry for the wait.) As he raced to the gathering spot Ro couldn't help but take in the beauty of the cool spring day. The crystal clear lake, the sunny sky, and wind swept grass that swayed to and fro with even the lightest breeze. It was eerie that nobody was around to enjoy it though he figured it must be due to prior events. Upon reaching the gathering grounds he froze, just in front of the building that housed the balcony Raine once spoke from. He closed his eyes, deeply inhaling thru his nose as though collecting the testimate of the wind in such a calming action. Despite the variety of flowers in full bloom there were no scents he cared for lingering in the air.
As he stood, his nerves remained solid as though sculpted of some kind of stone and his mind was as clear as his nerves were solid. He thought solely of his personal mission to rescue Raine from the admins. The rest of The Changed would have to come later, for there was something about this one woman made him want to see her safe if nobody else.
As he stood there, frozen in time, his mind hatched a scheme much more like the Ro Raine would remember. As a grin stole his lips his feet began to lift from the ground and he began to take to the air. With a quick scan on the immediate area he smirked not seeing Vail around. "Showtime." He said softly as a cyclone of wind began to surround him. The strengthening air began to funnel around Ro himself making a sort of wind-tunnel like structure that raced upward into the air. At the top, everything that was sucked in was carelessly thrown out smashing into buildings and trees alike as though trying to bring attention to the sudden mass of air taring apart the gathering area.
"Come out, come out, where-ever you are!" Ro's voice echoed loudly along the raging winds, being carried in every direction the wind was allowed to roam. "It's time we put an end to all this madness!" He followed-up in a much more serious tone just in time for the cyclone to break revealing Ro standing on the only patch of green grass left properly rooted in the twisters wake. Everything else was wind-chopped earth clad in brick bits and the bark of busted trees.
On Ro's right hand was a pair of stainless steel brass knuckles that had a blade extended from the the end where Ro's pinky knuckle ended. It was his new favorite weapon next to the short sword Raine had used in their training. He had developed a certain style of fighting that pandered well to this odd weapon. It was the only thing he was sure Raine couldn't immediately counter seeing as she was trained well in most other weaponry available to him.
