The omega wolf smiled, suddenly imaging the kind fox having a hoard of kits running around this home with a loving mate. Hopefully such a fortune happened for her. Anyone who was kind deserved such happiness. Yet those thoughts left him and he sighed deeply, looking down.
"My pack....I was separated from them when I was born. Then when I reached my adolescent age my mother left me to return saying that out of protection I was better off being alone and not in a domineering pack that had no room for someone like me." Meaning there wasn't any room for a wolf who was kind in a harsh world of wildlife. "What of your family?" He asked, looking up.

 Tonight, We Are Young
So Let's Set The World On Fire ~-~-~-~-~-~-~ "Well, foxes don't remain in packs. Once we reach the mature age, we have to leave our parents and move on with what they taught us. My life was no different. After I was sure my father was able to take care of my mother after getting over being ill, I ventured out in search of my own den. I now wait for mating season and hopefully a strong male I can make a new home with," Asyria told him. She felt bad that the young wolf no longer had a pack to call his own, but he was free from the harsh responsibilities that sometimes brought.
"My life sounds rather boring, doesn't it?" Asyria asked after a moment. She gave a canine chuckle and lay her muzzle on her paws as she thought about it. She had spent a good deal of her life following what her parents said and nature, but she didn't really stop to think about exploration or travel... just... the next step in familial responsibility. Roni shook his head. "No it doesn't sound boring. It sounds like you know what you want and have a plan for it. I wish I was as confident as you." He murmured, looking at her with a gentle and friendly gaze. Roni had no belief that he was going to be anything better than a waste of space for anyone and though he wanted to have a mate with pups, friends, companions and a pack he didn't feel he was worthy of any of those things. He was just super lucky to be here by Asyria's kindness.

So Let's Set The World On Fire ~-~-~-~-~-~-~ The young dark fox watched him. She could tell that the teenaged wolf was troubled by the thought of the future. He was not sure where he would go from here. Though she wasn't sure either. Tomorrow was a new day and with each new day, spring drew closer and so did mating season. If she was lucky she would find a mate and begin her new life. However, one could never tell.
"Tell me, what do you want to happen tomorrow? Do you want to hunt in this forest or perhaps continue onward toward a new place? I wish to help you find your way," Asyria offered gently as she watched him and scooted closer to him, meeting his eyes.~-~-~-~-~-~-~ We Can Burn Brighter

Roni looked at the fox and met her eyes. He considered her words carefully. One part of him wanted to stay here since it was winter and to sort of ride out the weather until it lessened and then he would leave or continue on his way to a new place.
Sighing softly, he lowered his head. "Would you be opposed if I hunted here tomorrow and then find another place? At least to ride out the winter. I don't want to bother you or anything. I'll even hunt for you if you like." He was a pretty good hunter but it had to be on small creatures he could catch.

So Let's Set The World On Fire ~-~-~-~-~-~-~ "That is quite alright with me. If you need any help with the hunting around here, let me know. I know where all the rabbits like to hide and even where a few badgers or rats sneak off to. It's hard in the winter because things are thickly covered," Asyria advised softly before curling up tightly and setttling down. It was time for sleep as the day darkened into night. If night was coming it meant the cool weather was also coming.
