Kinomi_Sekkai constantly talk in engish to her, and by engrish, i don't mean the engrish most people can understand, i mean complete engrish complete with the whole l=r thing.
buy ugly fruit, write "KAIRI" over it, and give it to her. make sure she knows what kind of fruit it is.

Have Sora carry around a vodoo doll of Kairi and some pins so that whenever she comes near Sora can take out his vodoo doll and the pins, hold them out and hiss.

1)have kairi walk blindfolded into the cave of the dead souls where hades is.
2)give her ursula's number and say 'your girlfriend called for you. she says you missed kissing time last week.'
3)torture by making her watch the three tricko or treaters..ya know the snnoying one's from Nightmare before christmas.
