Villain Name: The Phantom Slasher

Character's Age: Mid Twenties.

Alliance: Neutral Evil

Super Powers: Alchemy and Weapon proficiency.

A deeper description of his powers: The current incarnation of The Phantom (See below) uses various breeds of chimera as minions. Breed to be both useful and intimidating, Phantom would rather have the would be heroes of Gaia back down out of fear then have to hurt the naive men and women.

Any GPD enforcers who have come into contact with the hostile have been left severely wounded. Phantom has spent his life since as young as he could hold a practice blade in training. The Phantom feels most confident with a nice balanced dagger in his hand, acting more like an addition of his hand then a weapon.

Villain's Deadly Flaw: It would be relatively easy to stop Phantom's alchemy in combat. As with all alchemy the power rests within his special gloves. Destroy those and you destroy his ability to use his powers. Even if he should have a a second pair on his personage it would take him several minutes to regain control of his Chimera's.

Even more dangerous to the Phantom is his pride. When provoked in the right manner the Phantom can fly into a rage to defend it often leaving himself exposed both on a physical and a tactical level.

Behind The Mask: The Phantoms have a long rich history in Durem dating back to the days when the cities of Gaia were independent kingdoms. The first recorded Phantom was The Phantom Jewel Thief who stole the crown jewels from the king's own bed chamber. There were also some rumors at the time that there were more goings on then jewel thievery in the bedroom. It was rumored that the Phantom seduced his way in.

Since that original Phantom there have been countless more. The two common schools of thought among scholars the first of which is; one immortal man (Such as a vampire or an elf) who has simply been making minor adjustments to his appearance with each of his incarnations. But the more popular school of thought is that the title is an inheritance. Any who have attempted to take the title of Phantom who were not supposed to have quickly vanished. The Phantoms have been everything from Jewel thieves to serial killers, stalking the nights and praying on the women of the night.

The new Phantom, The Phantom Slasher earned his namesake for his penchant for slicing people with knives. He has only been around a few short months and the people whom have encountered him in person can be counted on one hand. Thus far he has only shown an interest in alchemy components,literature, and equipment. Due to his use of Chimera's as "minions" he is the first of the Phantom line to have underlings.
