I'm doing the pilates every other day now, but I don't think those will help me tone up if I keep eating goodies from work like cupcakes and fried food. emo

I also have this problem. I work out...but then eat all the things and don't create THE DEFECIT.
I only have 640 calories left and I'm like...CRAVING an egg sandwich. But also want a latte before class....and then will be drinking $1 beers after class (though that is mixed with dancing so I like to think it cancels out)

I eat what I want in moderation, works for me. I don't worry about counting calories and whatever, but I also eat pretty healthy 90% of the time.
