kefkadragon i had a very cheesey quesadilla for lunch. colby and pepper jack is amazing when melted. Colby makes for amazing sandwiches too, especially if u have it at JUST the perfect thicknes....crap, I'm super hungry now *just woke up* =_= fraggit...
