I've (finally) added simple rules to each subforum that has a name, and I'll make them look a little better as it goes. =3

Update as of 04/17/12: I don't come on Gaia much, but I do my best. I'm perfectly fine with this guild being "dead" - when people from the area want to chit-chat, that's fine, and that's when I think it should be alive. It's cool to have people from the same area talking about things, but then again it's also somewhat nerve wracking.
The guild is open so users can post announcements (please run this by me before you do so) and invite others, and I have triple checked this. Feel free to invite anyone who is from the area you think might enjoy the guild.
