~✿~✿~✿~✿~✿~✿~✿~✿~✿~✿~✿~ Carina walked into the school's gallery next. She'd never been to a school that had a gallery before. Everything was so beautiful! She wandered around for a little while and looked at each piece of art, smiling a little, and offering a whispered, "Wow!" At the really great ones. But she didn't want to spend to much time here when there was so much more to see. So she soon left to keep exploring.{Exit}

Cary narrowed his eyes at a painting three feet away from him. It was... amateur, at best; certainly a high schooler's work. It was a painting of a tree in front of a full moon, but the coloring was abhorrent, the shape of the moon was ovular, and the painting as a whole reminded him of a strained eyeball. Although he supposed he could sympathize, his eyes were strained trying to figure out just what about it was artistic.
"I fear we've gotten into a school of delinquents." he finally said, his voice as condescending as his glares. That glare, however, softened (albeit slightly) when he looked at his brother. "Honestly, if this is their best work then ruling it will be easier than anything we've ever done."

"I don't know, Brother," replied the tall blonde beside Cary, hands shoved into his pocket and head tilted at the painting he was looking at. It was of two young men, probably lovers based on their positions and how they gazed into each other's eyes, swimming together in the sea with the stars reflected off the water. "I rather like this one. Reminds me a little of that summer at Grandmother's lake house."
With a cheeky grin, Darcy moved closer to his brother, hands still in his pockets. Beyond him, a few girls chittered about the two handsome blondes, and how intelligent the slightly less-built one looked, and how strong the muscled one did. The twin leaned a little on his brother, taking a deep breath. "So why are we here? Last I checked, you had no intention of ever entering a school gallery."

"Of course you like that, that's why I said there's no creativity." Cary grunted before turning to fully face his brother. A grin spread across his ruthless lips as Darcy leaned in more. "Artists usually get better grades than the average student, dear brother. From musicians to writers, if it's a fine art they're good at, they're prone to good grades." He looked back at the paintings. "By looking at their artwork I can catch a glimpse of the artist's mindset. The one you were looking at, for example, is a hopeless romantic. I'm sure they spend oodles of their time reading romance novels or anime. The artist of the tree and the moon is athletic, hence a lack of steady hand but a love for outdoor themes. If these are just a couple of the smartest people we're dealing with then we won't have to rely on many strategies to win this school." Cary snickered. He sideways glanced at Darcy when he heard a couple giggles and spotted a few girls some feet away from them. He pursed his lips for a second then, with a grin, turned towards his brother and leaned in. Arms wrapped around Darcy's neck and Cary leaned in closer, tilting his head until their lips were inches apart. "What do you think we should do for our audience, Brother?" he whispered as his features grew submissive yet desirous.

He rolled his eyes, facing his brother with a sardonic smirk. "And your art is better? Don't you remember when you tried to draw me nude?" Darcy pulled his hands from his pockets and let them dangle by his sides. "We ended up being expelled from that school, twice." He blinked at the sudden close contact, smirk faltering before he caught himself and it returned with a sexy confidence. He snaked his arms around Cary's waist, tilting his own head as his bedroom eyes clouded with unmistakable lust. "There are plenty of things I could suggest, but I like it when you surprise me, Little Brother."

Cary's eye twitched for a split second when he was reminded of his artwork. "Oh Brother, you just love to reminisce, don't you?" he asked with a smile, though the fingers that ran through his twin's hair pulled for an instance.
Feeling the familiar strong arms around his waist, he allowed himself to to move closer until they were long past the boundaries of sibling love. Two of the girls in the background began blushing at the intimate scene, but one was beginning to be disturbed. Cary didn't mind, though. That girl was most likely new to this and would learn to love it soon enough.
"Leaving me to decide what to do, you must be feeling quite hungry, Big Brother." he said, emphasizing the word 'big' to give it a different meaning. "It's such a shame we're in public, though." he frowned and looked to the girls, who stiffened when they realized they were caught.

AND YOUR NECK COULD BE BROKEN!"Darcy hissed in pain as his hair was tugged, his smirk turning only into a patient smile, one that he usually adopted around his ambitious little brother. " Dearest Brother, like that would dare to stop you in most situations," he replied, his deep and velvety voice vibrating the air even over to the girls. He peeked up at them before applying his lips to the exposed neck of his younger twin, left hand moving to touch the small of the other blonde's back before drifting up to take Cary's chin with his index finger and thumb. " You're so beautiful when you restrain yourself, Little Brother," he whispered before leaning in closer and closer for a kiss, when their lips finally- Darcy suddenly pulled back, turning his head to the right and staring at a charcoal sketch he hadn't seen before. His attention was completely dominated by the amazing work, the rough and edgy strokes of the coal somehow filling a space within him that he didn't know he had. " My God," he breathed, taken by the picture.

Cary stifled a groan when he felt those warm lips against the nape of his neck. A blush warmed the submissive look on his face, one that caused the girls to shiver at their newfound fandom. Unable to handle anymore (for now), the girls ran out of the gallery, leaving the two to themselves. Cary smirked at them until he saw Darcy leaning in closer. The younger twin stiffened and felt himself lean away in reaction. "Brother, what are you doing? They're gone. Brother! Darcy!" The stronger of the duo leaned away by then, much to Cary's relief. He let out a sigh of relief when he heard Darcy mutter something in awe. He glanced up at his twin quizzically then followed his gaze to the sketch before them. His eyes widened as well, but not of amazement like his brother's. This artwork was amazing, the shading was perfect enough to emphasize a tortured yet rebellious soul. Something this amazing needed a genius mind behind it, and that threatened him. "We have to find who did this." he said quietly.

Darcy was already far from Cary, strong arms folded as he stood close to the drawing and read the plaque. "Peter Shell," he read, tilting his head at the small picture of the artist beside the name. The teen was young, slender, and by all accounts, beautiful. If Cary hadn't been alive, the tall blonde would already be figuring out how to seduce the beauty. He inhaled slowly, holding his breath for a second before exhaling as slowly as before. "It says that he's a senior, set to graduate this coming June. It's not that late. Let's go by the art class and see if he's there."

Cary walked over to his brother, but not without noticing his actions. Darcy was completely distracted by the painting. Or was it the artist he was captivated by? Although Cary appeared his calm and calculating self, his right hand was clenching a trembling fist. To think that someone who was good with a pencil could take away his brother so quickly! Peter Shell, that brat was certainly a threat.
"I don't care if he leaves today or in four years, we're getting rid of him now." Cary said in a colder tone than usual. He turned away before Darcy could look at his face and began walking out of the gallery, knowing full well where the room was since he had memorized the map.

"Must we?" he sighed, taking one last look at the beauty before padding after his brother. "He has great talent, and he's certainly easy on the eyes. Can't we leave him be for a little while, if not for my sake, then for the girls who must be fawning all over him? Cary, you can't get rid of someone just because they're good with a paintbrush!" He crossed his arms, trying to think of what their mother would say in a situation like this, but came up with no other words. His memory of her was too faint, and Cary wasn't likely to listen anyway. So he followed after him still, pouting along the way.
