Banana = apx. 100 calories
Honey = apx. 150 calories to cover a whole banana.

Sweet as ********, healthier than ice cream, but just as bad with calories.

Body can handle banana and honey better then ice cream.
Lost 4lb this week D: I think I will stick with my banana and a bit of honey over the ice cream. xD

I never thought a banana needed much to go with it. They're pretty great on their own. Now an apple could use a little work. Peanut butter or honey sounds good on an apple.

Ive never tried honey on an apple D: but i love peanut butter with my apple XD

Only thing i use for honey is Toast, banana, Tea some times, and as a substitute for sugar in some cooking. xD
