E CORP originated in 2010 under another name: The Easter Bunny Militia. At the time, me and a certain other user were a couple at the time had expressed a mutual appreciation for the Easter Bunny. Without her knowledge, I created a guild based on him and waited in the shadows. I created a robotic E symbol at the time too, which was the guilds main image for a while.
A few months went by, me and that user went our separate ways but still remained good buddies. The guild was basically dead, ignored, and in limbo for a while after that... until a year passed. My good friend, she was going through hell at the time. She was miserable, her DA claimed she was going through a depression spout, and I wanted to do something to cheer her up and make her happy again.
I uncovered the old guild I was working on, and renamed it to something more catchy: E CORP. I also edited the names of one of my OLD OLD OLD mules to be Lord Lapin, and created my own persona for him. At the time of Lord Lapins creation, I was obsessed with this television show called The Legend of Korra and the group Anonymous... I decided to emulate them with Lapins persona and vision. The concept of "EVERYBODY WEAR MASKS AND BE ANON" was birthed from the bani and chickie masks, and became the symbol of the group.
Soon the GCD thread Lapin created in the forums took off.
The Zurg Hive, a group I was affiliated with at the time, took notice of the group. Me being a loyalist, I admitted to them I created the group, and they brought to my attention that no user in the hive could be a part of another plot faction, so I told them that E CORP was an experiment to see how a starting guild would prosper. This was a total lie and outright fabrication so that I could bullshit my way into actually doing some good with the group, but they accepted it.
Soon my old friend took notice of the group and joined, and quickly became part of the crew. I noticed Zi wanted to join as well, and knowing how awesome of a job she did in the GIB I let her in the guild (because her skills were useful as ******** at the time). Me, Zi, and my friend then assembled a larger crew by introducing people who would provide amazing skills to the organization: Mad was introduced, and another artist lady of which whose name escapes me because she bailed on us and was totally unmemorable.
Soon the event happened, and we became best bros, and my friend said she had the best Easter she ever had.
Mission success.
Now that Easter was over, my continued stay in E CORP became suspicious to the hive, so I held a secret meeting with Zi and my close friend in Lapins house, explaining the situation. I had to leave, so I left my buddy in charge of E CORP. She then left Zi in charge of E CORP after a while, because she could stay in charge of the organization due to her own inavailability.
The crew members then started to expand and include E CORP Sab, my close buddy Crimson, and other loyalist members who have shown to contribute more than their fair share of skills to the table.
