 [Character name]: Seto Nakamura [Rank]: Jounin [Chakra pool]: 435 [Seven tailed host]~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Seto clone had been hiding the entire time, camouflaging in the dirt using the demons ability, sneaking closer to the action. So none of them could have possibly seen it. It had obviously also been forgotten that he had been holding a hand sign. As he had skidded across the ground after having been kicked Seto had used the held hand sign to substitute with his clone, which would be far too fast for the regular eye and possibly even the Sharingan to have kept up with. And for that matter, none of the Sharingan users were looking at him. There was absolutely no difference between the clone and the real one, because it had used a transformation before hand to mimic the real Seto's injuries. The 7 tails made his transformations perfect. There would be no way of telling the real thing from the fake. The real Seto was now hiding like the clone had been before him. He didn't trust any of them, if they would still try to kill what they could only believe was him after his next explanation then he was right to not believe them. He would simply escape and tell the Mizukage what had happened.
"Seto" simply sighed heavily as his arm was pulled back and he now had a sword at his throat. He counted the ways in his head that he could escape this situation if he really wanted to. But regardless, he would not. He had done nothing wrong. Someone wearing the uniform of the enemy had refused to leave when asked to and then had proceeded to both threaten his life and attack him. All while he was on a diplomatic mission no less. He simply looked Benkei in the eyes. His demeanor showing that he was neither afraid or impressed." Let.Go.Of.Me." He said through gritted teeth. Trying to control his tremendous level of anger." I am on a diplomatic mission from Kirigakure, sent by the Mizukage himself. There is a scroll in my bag that is for the Hokage's eyes only. Under the jurisdiction of the KSK treaty, I suppose you could say I have diplomatic immunity. I will explain everything, including what happened here. But only to him. I assure you, I have a perfectly good explanation for all of this this." He then eyed the sword once more." So...Do you mind?" He said, in reference to him removing the sword. He even put his hands up in the air as a show of good faith that he wouldn't try anything further.

In the heat of battle a single miscalculation could be fatal... Rei flickered into the clearing standing behind Benkei. He wasn't directly behind him, he stood about 3 feet behind him. He fixed his eyes on Akemi and while his face showed no negative emotions it has a serious look to it. "Everyone stand down, this is Seto Nakamura, what he says it true, he is here to see the Hokage on official business from our friend the Mizukage." Rei had seen the fire from a distance on his way back, this of course led to him investigating. 'Hmm, will if anyone was responsible fore setting the forest on fire it would be Lady Misaki judging by Akemi's state and Lady Misaki seeming to have used a decent amount of chakra. But she seems a little flustered and everyone came to her aid...Seto must have gained the upper hand. That's impressive even for a Jinchuriki, Lady Misaki must have made a Faux Pa in her strategies, something that one must never do.' Rei stood and waited for his comrades to comply. So lets calculate

Konoha's Crimson FlashBenkei released Seto immediately upon Rei's command. Even though this man did fight and almost kill Misaki, Benkei realized that Rei never gave a command that backfired. He believed everything that Seto had said once Rei had vouched for it. "Well then...sorry I guess." He took a few steps back and simply held his blade lowered in his hand.

Once Benkei had apologized the clone simply eyed him." Don't worry about it." Afterwards the clone promptly disappeared in a puff of smoke. The real Seto exited the bushes a short distance away, showing that even given the circumstances and the massive disadvantage he was at here. He had managed to use his tactical skills to turn the situation to his advantage. It wasn't so much an arrogant thought, he was more simply pleased with himself for having done so well. He only recognized one person who was here at the moment besides Akemi, and that was Rei Yamazaki. He knew that he was a strategist of some renown just as Seto himself was. It was an unexpected pleasure to meet the only man whom he considered to be his rival in this area. And considering Seto's massive ego, that was really saying something. He stopped just in front of him and looked him over, as if inspecting him. He spoke with a cold and direct tone." You are Rei Yamazaki, are you not?" He extended his hand for a hand shake, showing off the burns to his skin." Seto Nakamura. Although you already knew that. Could you direct me to the Hokage? I wish to deliver my message and also provide an explanation for this....Incident. Although I assure you, my explanation is a sound one. Although, you might want to get her a medic. She's been hit with several shuriken."

In the heat of battle a single miscalculation could be fatal... Rei smiled as Seto's clone dispersed. Rei figured it wasn't really Seto in the position. Not because he had any evidence of this fact, but merely because he knew Seto as a renowned tactician much like himself. Any good tactician knows that there is always a way out of a situation, or at the very least its helpful to believe that. Rei extended his hand and firmly grasped Seto's before shaking and showing respect. As he did this his hand began to glow a neon green. This in turn would heal the burns to his hand, Rei took it upon himself to take Seto's other hand in his as well. After this in a soft gentle tone Rei spoke. "I am Rei Yamazaki and it is a pleasure to meet a fellow tactical expert."
Rei released his hands and listened to Seto as he asked to be taken to the Hokage as well as expression a desire to provide an explanation for his actions. "Well first Seto I want you to know that no explanation is required, I know that this has all been a misunderstanding, being the person that you are I know that it must have been hard to see those robes and not act accordingly. As for our Hokage, he will likely arrive at this spot momentarily." So lets calculate

Princess of the Senju Clan  Chakra: 700 Ayeka turned as she noticed a bright red flash in her peripheral vision. She then noticed a black fog beginning to fill the sky in the distance. "That's the village, there's a fire!" She looked down at Misaki who had been injured by Seto's Kunai and performed the seals necessary to heal her immediately. "Misaki-sama, lets go, we have to act immediately!" Ayeka flickered out of sight en route to the Hokage Tower.

Jounin C. Guage: 500/500 Misaki staggered to her feet slowly but steadily as Ayeka finished up the healing technique. She could see the bright red sky in the distance signaling a fire in the village. "Ayeka, Benkei, we need to move quickly. Rei, please Remain here with Seto and wait for Ahiku's arrival, it shouldn't be too long now. Misaki took off and performed a set of seals before spreading her arm that were now ingulfed with a thin layer of fire before forming the flames into phoenix wings and taking off into the distance.
