Which is what it's supposed to do I guess, because eating right and all that make you lose weight, right? But I'm underweight. I can't seem to eat healthy, yet maintain a healthy weight. I could eat stuff that would make me gain weight, but the food wouldn't be good for me. It's like I have to pick one or the other. I weigh 110 pounds, which I think I weighed in like 11th grade, and is supposedly underweight for my height. :/

might depend on your gauge for being underweight. If you're doing it BMI you might want to try it BFI instead, supposed to be more accurate.

I'd choose to eat healthily. Your body will level itself out eventually.

This.

Eating right and being thin is better than eating s**t and being a scientifically better weight. There are people out there who are just naturally thin.

I don't know how tall you are, but be more concerned with how your body feels than what a chart tells you.

BMI is also bullshit as Roger said.

It could be that your body is naturally underweight. I had that for years, and will probably be underweight again when we move home because I tend to lose weight when I get home from living in Japan. I notice that since I gained enough weight to be "average" for my height, I catch colds easier, which is opposite of what it should be.

As long as you're eating healthily, don't really worry about it. If you do worry, keep track of your calorie intake to make sure you're getting enough.
