heart Yay~
Well there is the possibility that we could change meetins from weekly to "dates of import." Since we've got our plot and our contests and our avatars...
... I'd like to have meetings to plan the May even once the March event is out of the way, but otherwise the weekly meetings don't have to have much to do with the room stuff unless someone else wants to call one and discuss something.
How do you guys feel about that?

That all sounds good to me. What still needs to be discussed, so I may consider it in the meantime until the next meeting?
I just realised that I never explained why I wasn't around last weekend. I got surprise work, so I was serving food and drinks to inebriated sports fans that evening, and forgot to mention it when I got back.

I just realised that I never explained why I wasn't around last weekend. I got surprise work, so I was serving food and drinks to inebriated sports fans that evening, and forgot to mention it when I got back. That sounds entertaining! I love drunk people... Sports fans are nuts though. Good tips I hope! I would like to get the contests settled by mid April because once may begins we will be focused on our may event and everyone should have lots of prep time for the contests. Once may is done the ball will be just around the corner. That is the priority right now because I really don't want to be dropping the ball when it gets time to have contests ready. They are a big part of guest participation. Other than that it is just a matter of making sure everyone is comfortable with everything as it stands: plot, characters, avatars, prizes, etc.

Only the hot girls get good tips in a sports bar. Sounds good. Has anyone else been assigned to the writing contest, or is it just going to be me? I, admittedly, haven't checked on that recently.

Meeting tonight: contests. If you are running a contest please make sure you are ready, or if you are not ready then ask yourself what you need to do and let me know at the meeting. I can help you get ready. if you have not signed up for a contest but you are available to host one during the ball, then look over the list so that when I ask you at the meeting (and I will ask you) you wont have to think too hard about what contest you can help with.

Wow, so I suck because I got home to find out the net was out at home. I suppose I could have gone back to work to find working wifi but.... this was supposed to be a day off for me in the first place so working on a day off was kind of already a bummer.

We never (all of us) seem to be able to meet up as a whole group, due to computer problems and various not checking posts and shtuff. Why don't Robayn and spotted just check in with people individually for everything?

Hey all! ^^ There is a plot meeting tonight, 7PM PST (10PM EST, 3AM [monday] GMT) at the regular meeting room (or manually type in highadventure.chatango.com). There is a countdown clock on the post above, so if you're bad with timezones like me, you can check it out. It's accurate, and works for anytime zone. I apologize (Robayn too) for a strange twist of events that made us miss the meeting last time, but this time, we're going full on. We're going to discuss contests, crossovers, avatars etc, etc, etc... Make sure to check out the Checklist thread so you know all the deadlines. And if you haven't already, please look over the contests thread to see if you'd like to volunteer. I'm going to be sending another reminder through PM if you didn't receive this one (which is stupid, because if you didn't receive this one, you wouldn't be reading this) at approximately 1-2 hours before.
