I do not see where I have been disrespectful towards anyone. If someone shows disrespect towards me then I do the same. The dots I do I do simply because I'm bored. I would like for you to point out where my disrespect has been. As for bad attitude, that is generally caused by things outside of the guild and not something I like to bring towards the guild chat, thus the reason I'm rarely on skype to begin with and then the times I'm on you guys start thinking all of this. What the hell. I thought you were friends and friends speak up about things like this WAY before now but i suppose we aren't. Thanks a lot, just....really...

And as for what else I posted in that one clip. I was voicing my opinion on the matter. I wasn't having an attitude with anyone but I guess you guys can't see that because I'm apparently always in a bad mood...sorry...after this voting is done, I'll see how things go..I suppose...

I trust and agree with you in the decision to demote the two captains. I vote yes on the demotion for both Enshara and Dakotapikpik

Dakota, I'll have to say yes... He's a great friend to me, and I'm sure all of you. But he in fact hasn't done much at all pertaining to the guild for quite a while. He would of course still be in the guild, and if he wishes to, he can start getting back into the groove of being active again.

With Enshara, I'd have to say no... We are all entitled to an opinion. Some of us are more blunt about them then others. Yes, she comes off as disrespectful. Yes, she comes off as unapproachable, and even if you do talk to her, she doesn't say much. Yes, she can sometimes become very angry with small reasonings.. But is this a reason to demote someone? We shouldn't let personal reasons cloud our judgement for business related incidents. She voted on something, that was her decision. To be honest, it's always nice to see that some people don't see it like everyone else does. She obviously didn't like how plain it was, basically what a few of us also said. She didn't realize that people were working on it, but that still didn't mean that she should've changed her vote. She is simply waiting to see the final outcome of the layout and vote on that. Not only that, but did you really need all the votes to say "Yes"? I also do not believe that people that are going to be demoted shouldn't have a say in this forum. I mean, how would anyone like it if they would be demoted for a misunderstanding and they could not even explain themselves? I think they at least deserve a final response instead of being judged in a manner.

Ok...there's going to be some ranting going on, since it's no secret that myself and Dakota feud from time to time, I will NOT be holding anything back.

Dakota: I vote yes to demote him. Dakota has just not been active, not even to vote here in the UH. Also, I have had too many arguments about certain issues. A while back, Kaicho was booted out of the guild due tolack of activity and over all contribution to the guild. He was voted out only to be let back in by Dakota. Every time I talk to him about it I get the same argument "he has the right to watch what he created grow" and I call utter bullshit on that. (Kaicho claims that he was let in with Redd's permission, even though he wasn't guild leader at the time, someone please correct me if my version of events is incorrect). Also, Dakota relentlessly defended Apollo's actions leading up to him getting kicked out even after all the s**t he was saying to EVERYONE who confronted him on his gmodding including Kage, Myself, Redd, and Sadbhbh after we tried being polite to him. Furthermore, he seems to have this idea that he has a monopoly on the rights to Arrancar rpc judging. At one point when Sadbhbh was till a member in SROTS, Dacota was juding her RPC but he had been drawing it out over the course of a full week. Not long after I approve her RPC I get THIS little treasure:



What this tell me is that he could have said similar things to others over an exclusive right that he doesn't even have. I'm Sorry Dakota, but from both a personal and professional point of view, I just don't think I can disagree with a decision to demote you.

As for Enshara...her intentions are almost always good but the road to hell is paved with good intentions. Therefore, I vote to demote her as well.

I'll personally agree to the loss of my Captain's seat, I've always been an advocate of "If you can't preform your job, then you don't need to take space," no need to be a hypocrite. The only luxury I ask as you've given to many others is to maintain my council position to continue voting. My house has turn into a war-zone, and my only safe-haven is school, which I can't gain access to this guild. I'm not going to use that as an excuse though, as that is my fault regardless of situation.

Regarding Born, I'm severly disappointed in you for bringing up a message that was both over a year old and previously resolved. I too, have the rest of that PM and several other messages with you giving to me vulgar language. I'll keep your business under the carpet however though, as I'd like some integrity with this reward. I know you've a disdain I don't understand for me, but I'd prefer you keep your personal emotions out of the council and as you say, keep it professional. You and I know you're next on the chopping block for inactivity if it should come, and I'd treat you with due fairness I'd expect. In summary Born, your feelings were irrelevant towards the vote and I'd expected better from you.

Due to the time limit I will post in here. With six votes, Dakota looses his Captain seat, but due to an agreement, he is allowed to keeps crew and captain powers.

Enshara is tied equal votes, three for each, thus will be waiting on another vote to cast the final outcome.
