Legends say that three of the Goddess of the water region made the oceans of this region. They say that when the fire region burned the homes of others, they didn't want their own kind to suffer at the hands of the fire elements, so they made a way for no one to get to the water elements. Deep down below is the water elements region, just like the fire region you have to wear a mask when you aren't like the others. Not because of any harmful fumes or ash that will smother you, no it's just cause you can't breath under water. You can travel around on large fishes or sea creatures or you can grab a hold of their loveable creature.
These are called "Kuros" they aren't as deadly as the fire regions animals, but they dwell within the same family. They are extremely loyal to their owners and have the most beautiful ice powers any animal could display. They are born in the cracks of the ocean floor where the mothers go, give birth, then die giving birth. They bare four children, four children that claw their way out of their mother's womb and kills her. After they are born they drink the mother's blue blood, which gives them the ability to use their ice powers. The mother's body then turns to ice and shatters, the water dissolve and returns to the water. I don't like really like to visit but from time I go just to snoop out what the leader has in store for those above the water mark.
