What I am proposing was brought up in the Srots Skype chat by fellow captains and myself. While we are doing this remodeling, I came up with the idea of bringing someone in with experience in another guild to help us along while we make this changes. Rain Reikasu Kageryuu is a EX Gotei Elite Vice Captain and Royal Guard which is of pretty high rank. She was Third in command of the guild and has quit for reasons dealing with the leadership of said guild and personal relationships. However, I have been talking to her and asked her to come into Srots to help us with some changes since she is very experienced.

Today, captaincy was brought up about her and she has stated that she would love to give it a shot. I have no doubt in my mind that she can do the job of a captain and so on if promoted higher. Obviously we need to vote on such things, so this is why this is here. I am nominating Rain as the new Squad 6 captain and a member of the crew so that she can help us in our revamp. Whether this is temp captain or permanent. I don't care. I vote yes myself for a permanent spot. I have seen what she can do in a leadership position in GE and in another one as well. I believe she can do the position.

Kage says Temp Captain. One it's a tradition, two, because I would like to test her out in the SRotS. SRotS is different than the GE and we have to see how she will do.

Well I'm certainly impressed by her resume. I'm assuming that she will be very active within the guild itself, has proficient roleplaying skills, as well as has the leadership qualities to take charge of the squad she is appointed with. So I don't see why she shouldn't be a captain. But like Kage had said earlier, I would like to put her on a temp position, not that I don't trust that she can't do the job with flying colors, it's mainly tradition that I like to keep. I look forward to seeing what she can do.
