when I have a cough its this bitter herb drink with lots of sugar in it. But when I have a fever its this really nasty bitter powder drink and I can barely swallow it.

I don't know what it's called, but it's like this syrup made out of a certain citris fruit and other stuff. And I also get congee. <3
