If you were going to be reading a book on Paganism, what sort of topics would you be interested in knowing more about? Is there any particular thing that you wish you'd known when you were just starting out, or that you feel that current books on the subject are completely missing?

Common pagan terms/sayings and their meanings.
When first talking to other pagans I felt like they had a secret language I didn't understand.
stuff like: Pagan standard time, hand-fasting, esbat.

Ritual manners and what to likely expect when first going to observe a pagan ritual.
(first time i went I didn't know that when in a ritual circle or around it to walk clockwise and I walked counterclockwise instead so I got several disgruntled looks)

visualization for beginners
beginners don't often have the tools they need to start practicing right off the back or the money for them so being able to do ritual/spells using visualization first is something I think would be a great knowledge to have work on develop even from the very beginning to better understand its the heart and not the tools that make the witch

links: like witchvox.com and etc.
To help me find groups services etc. in my community.
a link to about.com's pagan page seeing as it has e-courses on different pagan topics for beginners.

descriptions of writing exercises and critical thinking to help beginners learn skills and useful knowledge to start writing their own rituals/prayers/spells for their own personal use so that they will have more of their own personal power in them.
(and of course ethics and explanations for spells and how to use them but that is normally in all pagan books already)

a big dose of terminology on the different types and paths of paganism and summary's about each one so a beginner can know all the different directions that can be taken on the pagan path

hmm their is more then that but I can't think of it at the moment I will post back more later when I think of it...

do you plan to write a book or something?
