When I find something to eat that early in the morning, it is usually some sort of sweet. And by 'some sort of sweet' I mean graham crackers with chocolate icing and whipped cream.

Yeah, pretty much. It started as just graham crackers because I love them. ^ ^

what a topic! oh yes

i am often up at that hour

although i work retail in the AM

but i rise when all is dark and still

and eat things like spoon sized shredded wheat dipped in salsa con queso (last night)

and plain greek yogurt with raspberry jam (the night before)
