Mario Tennis did seem pretty bland- I think its one of those games you either like or don't. I'm sure the people who actually like tennis games don't like power-ups since that makes it more random and less skill. But it seems too simple for me.

I do applaud the bringing back of Luigi's Mansion, it seems like a cute game and I like Luigi, though I've never really played the older ones so don't know a lot about it.

I'm excited for most, except for Mario Tennis. I'm a little skeptical on that one, because if you know your Nintendo history, the Virtual Boy Mario Tennis did terribly because it was just tennis without any awesome power-ups, plus the system itself doing terrible didn't help either. The trailer for Mario Tennis 3D showed no power-ups, so I'm a little worried and skeptical.
I thought only 10 people in the world knew about the Virtual Boy... YAY! I'm not alone! cat_whee That reminds me, I've gotta save up to buy another Virtual Boy so I can play Wario Land(?), again.

I'm a huge Nintendo fan, so of course I'd know about the Virtual Boy. Is it any good? I've heard that it gave people headaches.

Well, if you've played the other Mario Tennis games, or have heard about them, they all have insane power-ups, so this is would be a series-first, and you're not alone in not playing the first Luigi's Mansion.

The system itself is pretty good, but you need a way to strap it around your head for any extended play... Back when my brother had one, I had to lay down on my stomach, with my vision horizontal to the ground (like I was looking at the wall, rather than the floor), and after 5 minutes my back and neck would be killing me... But if you can strap it around your head and sit upright, it's fun. I recommend you buy one, cause the 3D effect for the time period...just fantastic. Plus, and I know this is gonna sound weird, it smelled so uniquely good. Wario Land for VB was awesome, but insanely difficult in that position. Another thing, the only colors it supported were red and black.

I knew it only supported black and red, that's kind of why I was wondering if it's any good. I don't have a PayPal, so eBay's kind of out of the question, and I doubt that there's anyone in my town or even county that has a Virtual Boy.

Well, if you buy one off Amazon, you won't need paypal, just a credit/debit card. I think used, they cost $40.00-ish...

Well that's another problem, since I don't have a credit/debit card.
